  • Ausgangssituation: Schwierigkeitsgrad ist allenfalls zu schwer, Vereinfachung via Aufgabenliste (vorgegeben)

  • Situation muss besser beschrieben werden: Kann delegiert werden? Muss alles während des Vormittags erledigt sein (WICHTIG!).

  • Aktionsplan: Überlegungen und Massnahmen auseinander nehmen (z.B. zwei Spalten), Massnahmen quantifizieren

  • Inwiefern wird Zeitmanagement bewertet (siehe Bewertungsraster)? Ist nicht klar in Aufgabenstellung, dass Zeiten berücksichtigt werden müssen.
