Example: a group of students are working together to make a craft. Ingroup and Outgroup Theory was proposed by Sumner. This theory is a continuation of the explanation that has been put forward by Charles Horton Cooley regarding primary groups and secondary groups.
Out-group is a group that is outside other groups accompanied by the emergence of antipathy, prejudice, or antagonism. Example: racism that happens to a black citizen who is among white people.Cooley explained that when a person belongs to many groups, only a few are emotionally attached. These emotionally bonded groups are called primary groups and as a member, you will inevitably assume that the group is an “us” group. This recognition is called Ingroup Theory. Basic Assumptions and Theory Descriptions
Ingroup is "us" group, while outgroup is their group. In addition to being included in the primary group, ingroup theory is also related to secondary groups because of the recognition that "we" are part of the group, whether they are emotionally attached or not.

In an ingroup relationship there will be a feeling of enthusiasm to do something for the group that is considered part of "us". This sense of enthusiasm is called group cohesion.
There are stages that are passed if joined in an ingroup and have to compete with outgroups. Initially, each group may only interact with their fellow group members, but they can develop friendships with other groups and even conflict. If there is a conflict, it is certain that there will be a solution.

Reaction my opinion
I think there are positives and negatives about in-group and out-group, but more sadly there are groups such as out-groups that are racist towards blacks. I'm sad, I've read a lot of news that is racist towards black people and there are terms that shouldn't be read out in terms it implies black people so if they read the term black people will be angry and there are cases of insulting black people people insulting black people are sentenced to prison so if you know that term don't read or tell them, they see black people are ugly even though they are Many beautiful women participate in women's events representing their country and they show that they excel

Self assessment
The speed was ok (yes)
The vocabullary was ok(yes)
The Pronouncation was ok (yes)
The effect my listening skill (yes)
I think my listening skill are improved( yes)

Reflection
the vocab must be increased to understand and the pronunciation must be practiced again to make it fluent
