One thing that I do to make me feel happy when I'm down, I listen to music! I already make 3 playlists for certain things. I have a playlist when I'm playing a game, a playlist when I'm doing homework/class, and a playlist when I'm sad. Since this topic is about,"What makes you happy when you're sad?" Then I would choose my sad playlist. Other than listening to music, I would go to my bed, and just fall asleep under my pillow because it makes me more comfortable- I have no idea why. Another idea that you can maybe do, is take a warm shower. I take hot showers because warm, and cold--- aren't enough. They are just too cold for me lol. Anyways, the last idea that you can also maybe do, is to maybe play a few games, or talk to a family member if you being sad, is from important measures. When i'm sad, I usually want to be alone and don't like opening up about it, but sometimes I talk to people i'm close with. When I just wanna be alone, I like to listen to music, it helps me get through things, this was my method of keeping myself happy. When i'm talking to someone, I don't want to let everything out at once, I know that sounds weird but I like it that way. I would want to explain in a more slow pace and explain all the small details. When i'm with my cat, I just like to hug her and let everything out with my cat, I don't like to let everything out with people because I feel very self conscious. Anyway, these are the things that make me happy when i'm sad.
