It also goes in hand with the level of difficulty of the course you are taking. Whether it be only zip lines, or a full obstacle course that requires you to think of the best way to get around, and have the physical strength to maneuver yourself.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Again, zip lining uses your entire body while boosting your cardiovascular activity, and it is very tiring. Thus,  people should try to limit their time to 1-3 hours each day they do it, while taking rest days in between. </div>]]></description>
