This video was very interesting. It is explaining the oil giants in Alberta and how they are having these people (investors) paying unreal amounts to help these oil giants through these hard times. The prices that are coming from the oil industry is making it a living hell for everyone around the world. The oil industry giants always have investors and people to give them more money than they need.

But now they require these people because of how high the oil prices went after the crazy crash in 2020. It is crazy the amount of money being made by these companies and the jobs has been stagnant. There are such high prices on a shortage of oil and the jobs for Canadians are not improving while the prices of living just increase.

This video really tells you about how the war in Ukraine is creating a tough situation for Canadians and wanting to support the allies in europe. We obviously have to contribute to the world's trade ways and we supply countries with oil and other forms of energy. So with our oil shortage it is making it hard to give when we need and the war in Ukraine made it hard to get this oil because people don't want to deal with Russia and they are a huge contribution to the world's oil trade. This war is what has a piece in the prices of our oil and other forms of energy being so high.

This video talks about if Canada can be an energy superpower and a climate crisis leader. It discusses with the former premier of Saskatchewan Brad Woll that Canada can become an energy superpower and that the war overseas should force us to re-evaluate our energy situation in Canada. It says that we should try to import Canadian energy rather than the politically dirty Russian energy. Chris Regan of McGill University says we can be both. We just have to communicate with the population of new policies and not to over implement new policies and let people adapt.

With the Keystone pipeline having issues and closing this is making Canadians unhappy. It's getting difficult for companies in the oil industry to transfer oil with the closure of pipelines. Lots of big companies like Enerplus have decided to leave Canadian oilsands and head south to the American oil projects. They have found that the US is just having better amounts of oil than Canadian sands. It is a disadvantage. If the industry could compete then the jobs would go up. The industry decline is leading to less jobs in more than just the oil business.

In this wall I will show some links to many things regarding the Canadian Oil/energy crisis. We have been in this crisis for many numbers of year but since the war in Ukraine it seems to be in the news more and more. The oil Crisis affects us all. not just in Canada but it effects other countries around the world.

With the lack of oil in Canada and a war raging in Ukraine the Oil prices have still shot up to an all time high. Top Oil executives in Alberta have noticed that oil prices per barrel is a super high level and seems to still be going up. It was predicted that it had a $12.3 billion Surplus for 2022-2023 in my opinion. That is an absurd amount of money for a surplus. The Total revenue for 2022-2023 is gonna be roughly $76.9 billion that's $14.3 billion higher than ever before. Yet we have still found that it is harder for the major companies to have the same flow of oil outta canadian sands.

In 2005 we had another very bad Oil/energy crisis but it wasn't the same as the one we have been having recently. The one in 2005 the price of oil/energy went up so it created a general inflation on many things. The one today is causing inflation on almost everything from our foods to power, gas, everything.

I chose this website because it looked very interesting and had graphs to prove its point which I feel helps me see what they are trying to describe in the writing part of the article.

We have seen the beginning of a crisis but experts believe that this year is going to be much better than what is to expect for next year. The world has lost most of the oil coming out of Russia since the beginning of the war. The war isn't the only problem COVID-19, refining capacities for people, wildfires around the world, labor strikes, and other maintenance activities.

I chose this website because it goes into depth of what is causing these crises and what will be the fall that will lead to the next one. The Time magazine seems like a little bit of a good source. I liked the article because it does not only talk about one country it talks about the world's effects.

Oil prices have now just plummeted to a low for the first time in over a year. This is being caused by lots of world variables. World G7 leaders are trying to come up with an oil cap price so it makes it more affordable for countries to get their hands on world oil. The price of oil is still 4.5% higher than it was this time last year but still lower than it was this past summer. I chose this article because it once again talks about more than just canada. The world oil crisis affects Canada in different ways than other countries but it's good to know what's happening in other countries so we know what could happen in our country.

I also had
no-clue how bad the oil crisis is across the whole world.
2. This topic is important because if we don't keep track with the oil issues in the world, we wouldn't know what is going to happen with our gas prices or about inflation.
3. If i could pass anything on it would be that they should keep up with this issue in the news and do more research on it just so they are aware of any possible problems.
