Individually, we have our own things to work on. I, as a single mom can definitely prove that we can always beat those struggles & reached the goal that we set for our selves & for our loved ones. As I joined Transcom- I never had any idea that I will be part of the AWSOME team that I am currently with.

This may sound unbelievable but yes Currently I am part of the team wherein I can say that " I belong here". Why? It's because these people surrounds me make me feel that I am one of them despite of me having differences with them in terms of LANGUAGE. They never let me feel that I don't belong to their team or group. From Day 1 of the training until today- I can say that my PST journey here in TRANSCOM is very AWESOME & SUPERB!. Training Ground, Training Team, Training Process, Training Management Wise I can't say anything other than " FABULOUS". Thank You for all the Learnings- both work and personal. You guys makes us more confident to survived whatever the struggles we may encounter in our next JOURNEY here in TRANSCOM. Thank you for having me as part of your GROWING TEAM! Looking forward to be with you & still work with you guys in the longest span of time or in the FUTURE!!.

Dana our instructor really encourage me to not just give up, give time, by not pressuring yourself too much. You cannot learn all the things in one month. All of us has its learning curve that people has its weakness and strength and she is right that there are no shortcut in this world you must learn how to crawl before you learn how to talk. The support of our trainer definitely change my decision here in Transcom.

One night. while scrolling, I saw a post that transcom is hiring. I tried to visit the site and got hired on the same day, and on that day, I still have no plan to resign on my current job, i only finalized my decision when I am already attending the orientation and already have dates when the training will start.

During my first 3 weeks I am still rendering my duty in 7/11 which is very far from the city and the travel takes up to 2 hours, I only have 2-3 hours of sleep (2-10pm in transcom) (3am - 12pm in 7/11) and I am already tired before the class start but i still want to give it a try, i want to learn how it works. First week of training i have this realization like "I don't belong here" because there were instances that i don't understand the discussion because I am not really a fan of internet thingy, plus there were more shifters in our team, sometimes i got frustrated on my self when they asked question about the topic that makes the discussion complicated for me because they are already in the deep part and I can't still really get it, I got pressured. I am still thankful that before the day end Ms Dana make sure that we learned something. Before I sleep I also tried some research about the company and the product but sometimes difficult to absorb without explanation.

As time goes by I already understand the product and how it works not that deep but at least I know how to explain it already.

I am still blessed because I belong to the team that help each other and a true leader that make sure you understand it before jumping to the next topic.

For now, I can say that “I am half way there’ (malayo pa pero, malayo na)

My first week here isn't smooth as it seems, good thing is that i equip myself the will and perseverance to overcome training and new environment as this is my first TELCO account to handle.

The support that I got from my teammates elevates my knowledge regarding this new account that I will be handling in future. The care of my Trainer that gives me courage to the new chapter of my life.

I would say it was a good ride. Looking forward for more experience to gain under Transcom as I know, there is plenty of room for me to grow.

Hi, my name is Ma Elvie Joy Lascano. I've been with the BPO industry for 13yrs now. I started working for a telco account way back 2010. Ever since my job is running around telco and financial accounts so I can say that billing is where I'm good at.

Transcom is one of the company I'm interested to apply with after Sagility where I handle a healthcare account. What I like about Transcom is the benefits their giving their employee and the incentive program for a telco account. I realize after trying the healthcare account that if I will be working and stressing myself it would be where I could earn more.

I actually prefer to have a virtual application however they really require on on-site application process. It was raining on that day and I prepared early. I am glad that this was only a one day process. I feel like I'm lucky and somewhat not on that day because after I'm done with the online assessment, the person who did my initial and final interview is someone from Sagility where she recognizes me. I already expects what questions she will be asking and I am not that confident if she will be doubting me. I made her realized that I'm there to stay longer with the company and my plan to step up. I'm so glad when she says I pass the interview. There's free food that day and unfortunately I was not able to get mine at first but I asked and they did provide me my meal which I'm really happy because I'm on a budget.

On the first day of training I was shy and don't have any plans to be friends with anyone as what I usually am on all the centers I've been with. I am also shy to give my background since I know they will look up to me as someone who is already expert in this field. I am an ambivert and I selected the time and place I am involving myself with people. I also do not like much attention but I love being praise. I am afraid to say something wrong or commit mistakes that's why I am really trying to learn everything that I can.

During the first week, I found myself being active in class and act as someone that they can rely on. On one of the activity we had, there's someone that is not following my instructions and I admit that I feel irritated about it. I am open for any suggestions but this person is just not cooperative as I expected it. I just let him be and work with my other team mates instead.

As the week goes by, I feel proud of myself to be able to help my teammates especially the newbies that my trainer assigned me to help with. Knowing that these people is listening and following everything my trainer and me is telling them and seeing improvement is something that I am most happy with. I always wanted to be a trainer since I am a license teacher but I am looking at the incentives I am getting as an agent that's why I am not pushing myself to step up. If things go well, I may start stepping up after regularization. On the other hand, I am also extending help with providing notes and helpful tips to selected teammates. I even have tutorial sessions with Froi during day off or before shift sometimes to help him with the tools and processes. It is already my behavior to extend help whenever I can.

I am not this nervous when in a call but having this pulse check is making me nervous to the bone. This put pressure on me when they decided that I go first to give them pointers afterwards. I actually don't really mind and I am very happy to help with everything I can it's just that it really makes me shake all over. It's a relief that I was able to pass every pulse check we had. I may not be able to hit the 90% above percentage which I am really targeting but I told myself to let it be and do better in tbay and production.

I can say that Miss Dana is one of the best trainer I've been with. She's always thinking ways how everyone will be able to learn efficiently and she's open to every suggestions. She make sures that everyone is aligned with the process. I actually feel bad sometimes when I overtalked and explain things further in her behalf. This happens when I feel like other trainees is not getting her explanation or it needs elaboration.

On the first day Miss Sham handles the class, I really feel overwhelmed and amazed with how she runs the discussion. I can see that everyone is keeping up with her but its a lot of information and makes my head aches. I even get out to take meds. We had a little conversation and I remember her saying, she miss handling a class.

At first, I just wish that we have more time in in-flight before going to t-bay because it seems not everyone is ready for just a week of in-flight but seeing how things going on so far I can say that with the right support, we will be able to end T-bay with a bang. This also is a challenge to myself, being someone who's with telco accounts for a long time now, to perform and show them improvements while trying to be of help to my teammates as well.

Overall, my journey in training with Transcom is wonderful, full of learnings and challenges. I am really happy with the team. They are fun, competitive, cooperates all the time and most especially they're very willing to learn. I really appreciates my trainer and the whole training management team for every help they provided especially on those times that we have issues with the pay. I am looking forward for a prosperous journey here in Transcom.

I am really thankful to Ms. Dana, our trainer , for being patient with us starters, every time we don't understand a topic, she would explain it again until we get it. She gives us advice and tips on how to talk to the customer and she would always make sure that before we do the pulse check, we are ready and she trust us, that is also what I admire about her.

I am also thankful for my teammates because they guide and help us, they would practice with us and give suggestions on how to improve.

And it really paid off, with the consistent guidance and ring-ring sessions, I was able to had my first xm sale, it was also the first xm in our team.

Overall, I can say that my journey here in transcom was a roller coaster, its exciting and scary at the same time, however, I am very grateful and lucky that I have the best trainer and team that helps each other in order for us to be successful.

In the first day of pst training july 9,2024 i feel nervous, shy somehow excited also pressure because majority of the team is tenured or who has experience in bpo. And somehow i m very scared to our trainer because my first impression to her is strict and terror base in her aura but i m was wrong . i am/we very lucky and thankful to miss dana our best top trainer our mommy d. who motivate and inspired us also teach us a lot of knowledge/ learnings , she is very patient and understanding to us during first day until the end .In every day training i learned a new things a lot of knowledge in terms in bpo also in telco especially how to handle the call or the proper call flow the different tools we will use .

Our pst journey is not easy for me its very challenging especially in the ring ring session and the pulse check for being starter all things is new for me also i need to be vocal or proactive because that is the life of the call center agent is.

Also i would like to thank to my beloved teammates who always help and guide me when i am struggling and and to miss shammy always checking us if were okay also inspired and motivate us and lastly to our TL lemuel big thanks to him for guiding, teaching me what i m going to do also advising me in everything. Over all my pst journey is here in transcom is a roller coaster ride its challenging but knowledgeable plus i enjoy my journey here in transcom .

Then, on June 5, 2024, started my training under wave 27B, with the support of Trainer Jennifer Porras and TL Kaycee. The experience was challenging since I was the oldest and most tenured of all my colleagues who also become friends. They are all close to my heart, and I was able to share the best practices and experience that I had from my previous BPO experience. The pressure and the challenge for me is on, and I love it. I was able to realize that there’s a lot of opportunities to grow in Transcom, to become a great leader, and contribute to the success of the Company, the Account, our Team and as an individual.

Unfortunately, I had Cellulitis (right arm) on the third day of training (June 7, 2024). That even motivates me more. The pain (discomfort) and health issues did not stop me from reporting to work on time and still perform during training. I just think about my family, my responsibility to the company who gave me a chance to be part of and to my trainer, TL and colleagues. Until the time that my body could no longer make it. My spirit is telling me to go to work, however, the pain, the bleeding especially, the doctor's advice that I need to rest to heal. I was thinking, I am a failure or maybe God's will, since it is beyond my control and I know I can get terminated since I'm still on training. Fortunately, Transcom, my trainer and TL gave me chance and had me re-waved. I will never forget that.

I was re-waved to trainer Dana's class, great trainer, with the help of course of Ms. Shammy and other bosses. That was wave 29A under TL Lemuel. I learned a lot with the training and even further enhanced my call handling, product knowledge, tools navigation and selling skills. Also, I have new set of colleagues or I can say friends. I became more motivated and challenged. I always made sure that I report early for work, passed the pulse check and assessment with flying colors and participate in all activities with confidence.

During In-flight, I aim for promoter NPS and sales, and I did. I will make sure that my Trainers, TLs, Supports, supervisors and managers will be Proud of what become of me. I'm now ready for T-Bay and Production. Let's get it on team. New challenge for us and we will win! I'm happy with Transcom.

I firmly believe that with great opportunity, comes with great responsibility. If you are responsible, performance comes along with great INCOME of course. Thank you Transcom!!!

When I thought the products and services are overwhelming and confusing well tools and process is on another level of difficulty. As someone who is not techy learning the tools and process is very challenging but again I got the best trainer, The learning process was not linear but then our trainer is very patient step by step i was able to understand and manage the tools. Aside from the new knowledge we have learned we also created a bond in the team throughout the journey, well as what they have said people come and go, but some people come and go and also my money gone to zero.

Weeks have past in a real quick, inflight came around I had my first call with a real customer I could say i did good for my first call and I had my first irate customer; all the learnings and practices I had was pufff gone cause i was so lost and i don't know what to do and to say but i was able to stay calm cause I know I have my support that could hand me help and also Miss Dana trained and prepare us how to handle that kind of customer. After that call I took a moment to breath and learn to move forward and of course take another call.

Well everyday is not your birthday I had my first Detractor it was mixed emotions but instead of dwelling in that thought and experience I use it as an inspiration to improve and the day after I took another call and I applied all that I have learned to my past calls and of course TL Lemuel help a lot by that I was able to resolve the customer's concern and I got my first promoter as a virgin in the BPO industry it is like big achievement.

Right now I could say I'm ready to go ahead to my next journey in TBAY!!!!

The good thing when I started to be one of the trainee is I met variety of people from different districts, provinces and municipalities so I encountered how wonderful are their culture and personalities is. I learned a lot from my team mates also from my 2 Excellent trainers. It's a pleasure to learn new things, building relationship and have fun with them .

I'm so Thankful and blessed as one of Transcom employee right now, I never imagined that I will be hired and making myself better in this company. I'm so glad to be here in Transcom today and hoping to step up.

I can say that my training journey here in Transcom was a roller coaster ride. At first I am not sure if I'll gonna continue the training for a lot of reasons. Honestly, Transcom was not part of the list of the BPO company that I am planning to apply because of a lot of reasons considering the salary, and travel from where I am staying. But then I do believe everything happens for a reasons, my cousin asked me if where I will gonna apply, I told her that I will apply to all the nearest BPO from Pavia where I am staying that time but also I will try first on the Festive walk and see what are the offers. My cousin told me that she know someone working in Transcom, I told her that I'll gonna try Transcom first, then after I will apply at different BPO in Pavia since it's just one ride only compared here its three rides and I am having hard time to commute everyday. Despite all of those uncertainties and circumstances I continue here in Transcom because of so many reasons. My application process was so very smooth and the recruiter who was assisting was very accommodating and understanding despite that it took us until 10:00 pm to finish the application process still they really patiently wait for us therefore I decided to give it a try because on the next day was the first day of training already. On the first day of training I was very impressed how genuine and accommodating our trainer was and I was really impressed how she handled and talked to us. Also when Ms. Lou and Ms. Shammy talked about there work and life experiences, I felt how genuine they are and it inspires and motivates me to continue the training, especially when Ms. Shammy said that there's a reason why we are here in Transcom and that hits me because what I really prayed to God is to give me a good working environment and I think I found it here. I found not just a teammates or friends but a family who cared, and cooperate with each other. Despite of all the struggles I went through especially on those times that I need to stay in sleeping quarters then I will went home in Pavia then will went back again having three hours ride, still I choose to stay because I do believe that I am here for a reason.

well at first it was not easy as for this is my first BPO company yet it is fun, also it is the best experience i have since i was a fresh graduate. Also it was fun if we you have a trainor like ours it she guide us and also by saying that 'she really met the word "trainor" and usually i was only invested in one stuff, if it was interesting yet the journey here was.

first week was a hussle for me yet i manage to conquer that and its funny to say that i was scared for the first pulse check and yet i was excited till the first phone call, and that all said i manage to make it through by the guidance of a great trainor. and kudoos to the PALS we have and TL i really appreciate you guys teaching us and bringing fun to the team.

i want to end this with a smile and a quote with all the people that are still hesitated, scared, and confused, "you are right where you are and also celebrate each small steps" as i did when i was a trainee

I started my training the day that I applied, I didn't expect that I would be hired and join the training that same day. The first day of training was fun, we dance. Although i was late for training for 3 hours because i got out of recruitment at 5 p.m and the training started at 2 p.m. I didn't have a chance to hear them introduce themselves, but with each passing day , we get along and talk to each other and being friends with the whole team was the best. We help each other like family because that's what our trainer taught us. We don't want any of us to go and give up because you know families doesn't tear apart and we don't want our beloved trainer to be unhappy, and i don't want it too. I've met a lot of different people but nobody was wholesome, great and strong like our trainer Louilla, I feel like I've known her before, i can share my problems and feelings to her and she listens and feel it too, nobody listens to me before.

Im blessed to part of Transcom and to be part of this wonderful team WAVE30. Also I'm very thankful to my awesome trainer Louilla, Ms shammy, Kim, and Pal thank you, I've learned so much and i will continue to learn. I love each and everyone of you.

As in individual new to this industry, I was really challenge. Challenge by the new environment, new people, new learnings. Yes I can say that its not easy at all especially for us newbies. There are things that I can't really absorb well and things that I can't perform well. But I believe that every start will always be the hardest. Yes it is! But that doesn't mean that everything will just stay as it is.

I don't really have any idea of what things are waiting for me once I enter this company. But as an individual who really wants to challenge myself,  here I am and now finally done with the training and now willing and ready to step for another level of development and challenges.

  My journey during training in Transcom is meaningful. Of course, at first it's kinda hard. New account, new process, new product and new people that I'll meet eventually. I really admire how my trainer is very hands on when in comes to her trainees. The way she discussed things to us. During Pulsecheck, I can definitely see that most of us improves. In our wave, some of our wave mates has no experience but I can definitely say that all of us, including me improve more when it comes to communication skills and handling calls. Our account is not easy as it is but because of the teamwork and dedications that we have in our wave, it's more easier.

  My journey here in Transcom is I can say that I have not only learn about the products of the account but I have so many self realization as well. Our training during PST is not easy because at first is we have no idea about the process and the product of the account. We got nervous, confused at first if we will continue the training. We experienced difficulties and scared but one thing that I always putting in my mind is "Why I am still here?"', ''Why I am continuing this journey?” I always go back to my motivations in life. I need to commit to work because it will give benefits to myself and also to my inspirations in life. My journey in training will always be memorable. I met amazing people that it's already part of my life here in Transcom.

I start walking in the door of Transcom in the middle of July. It was one of my most memorable journey as I applying in the call center. I take my trial in call center and Transcom is the first who offer me the interview. We did the application early in the morning however, it was about 4 pm to start my initial interview. I was nervous and have no knowledge what may include in the interview or the things that Transcom cover. I still remember what the interviewer ask me if what is my knowledge about Telco account and honestly answered her that I don't have any idea about Telco and what I just know is that call center is helping customer to answered their issues and querries. And I still remember that when the interviewer told me to do the mock call and I will persuade her to sell an Iphone, because I don't have idea how to do selling, my only thing I do  to sell is that I  tell her the advantage of what things is with the Iphone and sell it onto 50% into her. I was very nervous that time because I know that to myself that I find persuading people very difficult to deal. However, before i go out from the door of the Transcom, the HR inform me that I pass and need to duty for tommorow of that day and  I felt very proud of myself as I pass the interview like that and Transcom open me a door here in the call center.

As I walk through the way on the floor of Transcom, I felt very nervous. I  know to myself that I need to sapeak English and I find so hard to do it properly, because talking to others are on of my weakness, building connection is one I really hard to find. But as I see others, I felt  motivated despite of the things that I don't know what will be happening next as it was very new to me. I'm very thankful to our trainer who patiently teach us and let us familiarize the things that we need to know as the days pass by. She patiently teach us one by one, step by step and process by process.  yes, nobody is perfect, but I am slow learner and I need to find myself in the middle of the room  as I felt that I am in the middle of the ocean that time.  I know to myself that it so was so hard to adjust to the call center as my body clock is not match for it, however, as I see my co-trainees and trainer who is very motivated, I told to myself that if they can, I will. I will survive in this industry even though that it seems that things doesn't go in my ways. However, if it cannot flow to what I expect, I will be the one who find that way to follow that flow.  And now, I am facing the graduation in our training days, I know that I ned to face more struggles in my future calls as an agents however, as I see my wavemates, trainer and pals,  I know to myself that I can face those struggles and just a little tap on them, they are here to support me. And in that ways, I felt I need to be strong so that they can see that I am also striving hard not only for the works, not only to the purpose that they see that I learned things from them, but also to show  I can stand on my one looking forward.

My journey here is really difficult to me as a newbie. I got disappoint on myself, It stressed me a lot, it makes me cried all the night, and I have a lot of what if on my mind it always comes on my mind that what if I fail this?, what if I made a wrong decision? , I pressured a lot because of this what if and also I pressured because of my family too, their silent expectation kills me a lot, but i was really thankful to those people who give me comfort and they makes me stay especially my Trainor and my team I really appreciate them. Also what makes me motivate to work here is my family they are my everything so whatever pressure and challenge comes I promise to myself that I can overcome it and I want to believe myself. Moreover my experience here is not really easy it challenge me a lot because I feel pressured sometimes, I struggle to navigate my tools and sometimes I cant catch up everything but I believe experience is the source of knowledge.

Lastly, wheneve I felt every pressure that the team had experience, I always surtrender everything into silent prayer, for it may help us overcome our fear, judgement, and hesitations in life.

May the team succeedfor having more sales and promoters. Also, I extend my deepest gratitude for helping us taking our baby steps in our PST journey to our trainer, pals, supervisors, agents and staff of Transcom Iloilo. Thank you for raising us as another wave of successors. This may not be the end, but it is solely the beginning of wave 30's success.

I was amazed by the way the management takes care of their employees and how they provide benefits as well. I enjoyed my stay in the company. I am not aiming for anything yet as I am still trying my best to familiarize the tools and resources that I may be using while helping my customers resolve thier issues. I will make sure at the same time, that I can always deliver tasks on time and go beyond my supervisor's expectations. I may not be a perfect person but I can assure anyone that I will be adhering to the company's policy and be one of the top earners in Transcom sooner or later.

Lastly, I love the way our trainer provide us with the learnings as our preparation to handle possible customer's issues and concerns. I am grateful as well having colleages who are willing to help me everytime I need assistance in my struggles to navigate the exact tools and resources.

I keep returning back for the 3rd time.... For whatever fate has it,  I am back.... I am back not for any petty reasons... I am here to bounce back from the fall... fall from my mistakes and fall from an accident that I never expected. 

Still I am alive,  I am trying to be well both physically and mentally.  I want my other self to see that I am stronger and I can  stand the test of time, and be more focused on what life awaits for me. 

I have found my home here .. I feel valued, I am accepted and I know I can grow professionally.   Transcom is not just an ordinary BPO but it is a BPO with a soul.... it reaches out beyond structural and management compliance.  It values people more than anything else.  

As for me, this is also my training ground to refounding myself back... to see the beauty of life.   No matter what it takes me,  I will  always be grateful for the opportunity that Transcom has been given to me....

But I believe I deserve second chances and that is true to life as well..  We are all part of life's journey.  If we fall, just rise and bounce back better and stronger.

I wanted to be part of TRANSCOM since I relocated here in Davao, applied online yet no one replied with my application. Then I met one agent who helped me with my application, then my TRANSCOM journey started there. I'm happy and excited that I passed all the interviews and assessments, and alas! I started my training last July 23. My PST Journey - I never thought that I enjoyed my PST days, I learned a lot though I already had the experience with BPO and especially the account. It's like a refresh learning, learned more with the account and being a customer service representative. I enjoyed a lot and I thank my Trainor, TL, co-trainees and supports ... I cannot surpassed any hindrances without their help and support..THANK YOU!!!

And Transcom really PROVE me that feedbacks is right. I love how trainer, supervisor and manager is so hands-on towards us trainees. I love that there is no discrimination coming from the Trainer's and just a helping hands towards us. Our trainer was very encouraging towards our improvement and believing us that we could do more. She is very transparent to all the things that we need to improved and what we our good at.

Everything happens for a reason and I believe that I am working here with a purpose. Actually, I tried applying here just to ran away from my board exam but I wasn't expecting to enjoy this experience all throughout the training, I made a lot of friends and most importantly, I learned a lot and becoming the better version of myself here. How ironic, because to be honest I am really not fond of talking to people since I'm an introvert but Transcom made me do it. So, I am really grateful for this opportunity that helps me to grow as an individual and help me to come out of my shell.

At first, each run was a challenge, my muscles protesting and my breath coming in ragged gasps. But with each passing day, I grew stronger and more determined. I found joy in the rhythm of my feet hitting the pavement and solace in the quiet moments of solitude.

I opened my phone and was contemplating what to do next, where to go, what career should I choose. I searched a lot of BPO companies here in Iloilo and filtered all of the advantages of each company. Transcom hit the mark for me to apply for the last application for BPO Companies. All of the BPO companies contacted me to conduct assessment and interviews. Transcom made it to the top list. I did my assessment at home and I was interviewed on site. It's a one day process of application and it was a smooth application. I was hired at the same day and started my 1st day after that day.

In training, I met a different person of like-minded individuals who shared my passion. We encouraged one another, celebrated each other's victories, and offered support during the tough times. These friendships became a cornerstone of my journey, adding a layer of richness to the experience I have with Transcom.

As the seasons changed, so did I. My social life increased (Working from Home for 2 years made me an introvert person), my confidence soared, and I began to see the acceptance and embracing different personalities. They are very competitive and professional individuals. Every milestone, no matter how small, was a testament to my dedication and hard work.

My training journey was not just about physical transformation; it was a journey of self-discovery and growth. It taught me resilience, patience, and the power of setting goals. It reminded me that with determination and help from the trainer (Stella), floor supports, managers and overall team of Transcom, we are capable of achieving more than we ever thought possible.

Every day was filled with new learning opportunities, from technical skills to leadership training. The camaraderie among my fellow trainees made the experience even more enriching. We all came from different backgrounds, but we were united by a common goal: to excel and grow within TRANSCOM.

One of the most memorable parts of my training was the simulation exercises. These hands-on activities allowed us to apply our theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, enhancing our problem-solving abilities and teamwork. It was during these exercises that I truly understood the importance of communication and collaboration.

As I near the end of my training journey, I can't help but reflect on how far I've come. The experience has not only equipped me with valuable skills but also instilled in me a sense of confidence and resilience. I saw transcom at Facebook page that I was following and I want to try it but one of my friend told me that I should not cause it's a waste of time I won't be hired cause I don't have any experience in BPO but I want to try my luck, theirs something pushing me to go and apply so I did with a mind set of " theirs nothing to loss if I try" so I did and here I am now starting my career.I am very thankful to Transcom for giving me the opportunity to do my first BPO work experience. I have really enjoy my moment here and I'm looking forward for more memory's in transcom with my team and everyone who made me feel very welcome. I just want to share my journey in Transcom from recruitment to PST. I can say that the process was smooth since I started my training a day after 1 got hired. It was a little overwhelming because I needed to complete my PEME on the same day that the training started. I was late for an hour but as soon as I entered the training room I already felt welcomed. What I love about the first day of training is that we trainees got to connect with each other with the BINGO activity. Throughout PST we were guided by experts, who genuinely cared and showed us kindness. Specially my trainer, Hansu, who went above and beyond his role just to make sure that we are learning. It's a long fulfilling ride with Transcom. I started here as a repair agent (Technical) with no knowledge and experience in the industry. I met a lot of different people and lost some along the way. But my experience with Transcom can never compare from the previous companies I worked with. I came back to Transcom because this is the only company I felt like I'm Home and I still feel welcome whenever I enter the company. The training in billing is quite a struggle, but I am thankful to my Trainer who extended extra help to make sure we understand the process without overwhelming us with information and at the same time enjoying the training. With all that said, I am truly grateful having the best Trainer, Teammates, FSS and TL as we embrace new challenges in TBAY.

Being part of Transcom and collaborating with a diverse group of talented individuals has broadened my perspective. I’ve gained insights from my colleagues’ experiences and learned the value of teamwork and mutual respect.

The following day, I decided to put a halt to my journey in Transcom to tend to my Mom's final weeks with her loved ones. Miss Dana told me take all the time I needed to grieve and reassured me that If I decided to come back, Transcom will welcome me with open arms. And she wasn't wrong, after a month of desolation, the company gave me another chance to join them as a "rewave".

I was put in wave 32 under the care of our ever supportive trainers, Dhaniela & Luke, also PJ our team leader who joined at a later date, and Miss Shammy our Goddess🤣, Together with 24 of my wavemates, gave me solace in this Hues and Blues we call Life for which I am forever thankful.

I was a mess writing this, you know, snot and tears and all..... 🤣🤧

The training itself was a rigorous yet rewarding experience. It challenged me to think critically, adapt to new situations, and develop my communication skills. There were moments of frustration, of course, as I grappled with unfamiliar concepts and processes. However, these challenges only served to strengthen my resolve and drive me to push my boundaries.

What truly made this journey remarkable was the incredible team I was fortunate enough to be a part of. The camaraderie and mutual support were palpable, creating a space where we could learn from each other, celebrate successes, and offer encouragement during moments of doubt. Just as they promised, every day brought new learning opportunities and challenges that helped me grow both personally and professionally. As we wrap up our Product Specific Training (PST), I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've embarked on together. This training has been both challenging and rewarding, and I truly appreciate the support we've received from our trainer, managers, and field support.

We faced several challenges, from mastering new concepts adapting to the company’s processes. However, with our trainer’s guidance and the collaborative spirit of the team, we tackled these obstacles head-on. The resources and encouragement provided were invaluable, allowing us to grow and learn in a supportive environment.

Personally, I have experienced some worries about the learning process. Starting anew in a different company can be daunting, especially when everything feels unfamiliar. Yet, I’ve found comfort in the camaraderie of my teammates, who have been incredibly supportive. This journey of learning from scratch has pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to develop my skills alongside such dedicated individuals.

Me as a newbie in this kind of environment makes illuminated the importance of a well-structured training program, equipping agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assist customers.

My training journey in Transcom began with an orientation day, where I was introduced to the company’s culture, values, and mission. This foundational session emphasized the significance of teamwork and customer-centric service, setting the tone for our training. I was very overwhelmed with all of the new things that I had encounter that day. This introduction helped me understand the companies relevance in the market and its target audience, creating a context for the detailed training to follow.

The next phase focused on a deep dive into the product itself. Over the course of a week, I engaged in interactive workshops that detailed the product’s features and benefits. Each session was designed to highlight unique selling points and address common customer concerns. We explored real-world use cases, discussing how customers successfully utilized the software to solve specific problems. This practical approach not only enhanced my understanding but also provided insights into potential customer interactions.

Understanding the product was the most challenging part of my journey. The training also emphasized the importance of effective customer interaction. We participated in communication workshops that taught us active listening and empathy, crucial skills for understanding customer needs. Role-playing exercises allowed us to practice handling various customer scenarios, including objections and other queries. This hands-on experience helped build confidence and prepared us for real-life customer interactions.

At the outset of my PST journey, I set clear and achievable goals. I aimed to enhance my communication skills, boost my time management abilities, and develop a stronger sense of teamwork. These goals were crucial for my personal and professional growth, cause I'm that kind of person who's afraid to fail in everything because I don't have that confidence to deal with things right away like others . I crafted a plan that included attending workshops, seeking mentorship, and engaging in practical exercises to achieve these objectives.

As I delved deeper into my training, I encountered a myriad of learning experiences that shaped my journey. One of the most impactful workshops focused on effective communication. Through role-playing exercises and group discussions, I learned the importance of active listening and the power of non-verbal cues. Initially, I found it challenging to express my thoughts clearly, often feeling overshadowed by more confident speakers. The training days were intense but fun. Our trainer was lively and full of energy. She made sure we stayed engaged with games and role-playing and ring-ring exercises. My heart races every time we are asked to answer the question of our trainer. But slowly, with each session, I started to gain confidence. My teammates cheered me on during practice calls, which helped me feel less alone in this new experience.

As days turned into weeks, something magical happened: friendships blossomed among us trainees. We shared laughs over lunch breaks and supported each other through tough moments during training sessions. We became a little family away from home, sharing tips about how to handle difficult customers or remembering the tips that were given to us by our trainer, FSs, team leader, and tenured agents.

I look back now with gratitude for those training days. They taught me more than just how to take calls; they taught me resilience and teamwork. The question that lingers on my mind has been answered. "Would I fit in? Yes, I did. "Can I really do this kind of work?" Definitely I can, as long as I have this so-called detemination. Joining Transcom marked the beginning of a transformative chapter in my career. Initially, I was drawn to the BPO industry by the promise of dynamic work environments and the opportunity to enhance my communication skills. From the onset, the training programs at Transcom were rigorous yet supportive, equipping me with the necessary tools to excel.

As I progressed, I experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of handling customer interactions. Each call was an opportunity to not only solve problems but also to build rapport with clients, which enriched my understanding of diverse perspectives. The team culture at Transcom fostered collaboration, making it easier to navigate high-pressure situations and celebrate our collective successes.

One of the highlights of my journey was the emphasis on personal growth. Transcom provided avenues for advancement, and I was fortunate to take on leadership roles that further developed my skills in management and team motivation. The experience taught me resilience and adaptability—qualities that are crucial in the fast-paced BPO environment.

Looking back, my time at Transcom has been instrumental in shaping my professional identity. It has instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction, both of which I carry into every new challenge.

As a newcomer, I faced challenges, but the beginning of my journey was rewarding. I met diverse individuals and formed friendships that became a source of support. My circle of positive influences, along with the guidance of my mentors, Ms. Jen and TL Peds, as well as our fantastic Floor Supports, played a crucial role in my growth.

There were tough moments when I contemplated quitting, but my desire to learn kept me grounded. This journey has been transformative, teaching me resilience and the importance of community. I look forward to what lies ahead, knowing that with determination and support, I can overcome any obstacle.

The training was a mix of classroom sessions, group activities, and hands-on practice, which made it engaging and informative.

I am grateful for the guidance and support of my mentors and the opportunity to practice my skills in a simulated environment. This helped me gain confidence and learn from my mistakes before interacting with real customers.

As my training progressed, I began to shadow experienced agents and observe how they handled different customer situations. This provided me with valuable insights into the nuances of customer service and helped me develop my own approach.

This training journey has been a valuable experience that has equipped me with the knowledge and skills I need to succeed in this industry. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop my customer service abilities.

I will grab this opportunity to thank all the people behind this training, to my trainer Miss Jen, team lead Pheds, and supports. I am very grateful to have you on my journey, you taught me a lot on how to be successful in this industry. Thank you so much for the learnings and support.

Thankfully, our trainer, Ms. Jen, was a patient and understanding guide. She never made us feel like we were lacking, even when we stumbled. She encouraged us to ask questions, to experiment, and to never give up. Her calm demeanor was a beacon of stability in the storm of being first-timers.

My fellow trainees, too, shared our anxieties, our triumphs, and our frustrations over shared lunches. We were a team, united by the common goal of conquering the challenges of our training.

But then, I met our supports, mommy Tina, Owen, Rogie, Ian, and Carla. They are our seniors, always busy, but their smiles were warm and genuine. They took the time to explain the complexity of our tools, and they had our backs every time we needed assistance. Their positive energy was contagious, and it somehow helped me relax into the chaos.

And then there was our team leader, Pheds. She was a force of nature, always busy but always available. She provided clear guidance in a very calm manner. Her calmness and confidence were contagious, and it inspired me to push myself further.

The journey was still challenging, but with the support of my co-workers, our supports, the understanding of our trainer, and the guidance of our team leader, the pressure felt lighter. We were a team, and we were in this together. The heavy workplace felt a little bit less heavy, and the path ahead seemed a little bit brighter.

I started my journey here in transcom in the recruitment hub. I recently just graduated and of course my student privileges are already over.

The interview was actually nerve-wracking even for a person like me who was never really scared in these kinds of situations or maybe because the air-con was jusy too cold LOL.

I wouldn't take long in this sharing about my PST journey. All I can say is that I love transcom and the people here, my teammates, trainer Jen, TL Peds and our FSS. They are here to help us grown and become the best agents thay we could ever be.

Looking forward im getting into TBAY!!!

This sudden venture has made me think if I could really do it. I once feel dumb for unable to excel in this things yet I know that it takes time to and I know transcom is worth the risk and being here for more than a month, I know I acquired something from the trainings. As I end my pst journey I know the memories I had with the people I met here will be a constant reminder that everyday is a progress and quiting is not an option. One day, I will read this again and will tap my back and said I made it.

It's very rare to have a trainer that is very passionate about his job and I am very grateful to be part of Team Jhe. I don't only have a good team leader but I also have the best co-trainees that motivates and molds me to become productive and effective. Though I am not confident enough that I capture all the lessons but one thing is for sure we have a great team leader and trainer.

My PST Journey with Wave 22 a.k.a Team Bida-Bida is indeed one of my fav. The approach of our Trainer Jhe was different but she helped us understand why it has to be like that, at the end of the day it is just for our own good. We really cannot thank her enough for everything that she did for us, for our team. Everyday was an opportunity for us to learn new processes but despite how serious our discussions can get, she never failed to check on us. We experienced and witnessed her passion towards what she's doing. It was splendid!

To my teammates, thank you for all the bond, laughter and worries (worried and nervous because of the pulse check lol) that we had shared together! Each and everyone is competitive but we still make sure that no one is left behind. We started this journey as a team, and we will continue this path as one. I hope the friendship that we had created inside the Training Room will last for a lifetime.

We may be feeling scared taking a step forward, but we will do it anyway. We are Team Jeric, your Team Bida-Bida!

There are lot of good things to say, especially the experience and the environment. To sum it up, this is by far the best PST journey i have and I want to share my experience to others in the future just like how my trainer let me experience it and did it.

-First and foremost I would like to say thank you for the opportunity, Especially, the second chance that is given to me, it is my pleasure to be part of this industry.

My journey in PST is so great and have fun with the help of my co-workers even my Trainor as well. we became a family where the care and love is there, were not that perfect, But we're trying to be the best team. sometimes we have the struggles to understand things and to captured all the information that was being tackled, But with the help of my Trainor she makes things easy to understand.

As a rehire I always questioning about what's the purpose why I'm here?? normally I told to myself that maybe for money? but at the end of the day, I realize that is not about the money it's about experience and learnings that I am going to learn moving forward. I want to expand my horizon in Transcom to become more knowledgeable and to have a better position in the near future

"Can I do It?'' ''Am I in the right place"? What I am even doing here?'' "I don't belong here"

Those are the question that keeps running through my head every time I go inside the training room since Day 1.

I kept asking myself if I did the right decision, I felt anxious everyday, I even doubted myself. It is very challenging to me, since i know myself that I am not good in selling, and I don't even know how to persuade people to get this thing, to buy this thing, I don't know. PST journey has been always a roller coaster to me, new knowledge, new skills that I need to adapt, there's even a day that I think of quitting as an only option, to have my anxiety, doubt, and self pity to be removed in my head. But one thing that awaken me is this quote " If not now then when?" When will I overcome this fears that I have posses right now. I start recalibrating and redirecting my steps, with the help of my trainer, I was able to overcome those fears, all those questions was removed. Instead, I kept reminding myself "that I can do it!" "I am belong here!" and lastly I made the right decision!

I'm a jolly person, yes I know! Most of the time annoying. These are some of the characteristic I wear when I'm at work.

Fast-forward, it seems like I somehow know my path. And for some reason I eventually learn to survived. Day by day I always motivate myself to always show up to work with a smile. Everyday is a learning. One thing I learn from our trainer is to "focus on the things you can control, not on the things you cannot control." Slowly, I evaluate myself on what really my purpose. And that is to be where I am right now, and that is to be here in Transcom. I want to see myself grow because I always believe that "Life is part of our lives in which we can always learning, discovering and growing."

And for the question of how can I be happy? I think we must learn first the true meaning of real happiness. Life is full of ups and downs. And in order to experience happiness we must experienced other emotions - including sadness and anger, to some degree nearly everyday. The ideal I should work toward is to be accepting of what I have and who I am. And to enjoy life whenever possible, to feel happy most of the time. I say most of the time because nobody is going to be happy every moment. Happiness is not just like that. Happiness needs to be earned, worked-at and appreciated. AND THESE IS WHAT I WILL APPLY IN MY DAILY LIFE AT WORK OR AT HOME.

It is true that my PST journey was like a roller coaster ride, it was not so easy but it was so fun, challenging and remarkable. I did not expect the kind of environment and learning I will have here in Transcom, of course not to compare the experience I had with my previous company, this is way different but so far the BEST pst journey I had ( this is me being honest tho ).

Everyday my thinking skills is being challenged and measured. I am the type of person who loves challenges but sometimes scared of it, tho I am really nervous everytime I enter the training room but I know for sure I will go home with the learnings I need to equipped myself in the real world --- the production floor. I have to give the credit to my trainer , not for anything else or what not but with the type of teaching method she have really provoke me to see that I can do better than what I think I am.

It's funny because I did not know I can learn myself better or more because of how my trainer thought us everyday. I was not that confident when I entered Transcom, I have hesitation with myself but with every lesson, mock calls , oral recitation and even the random talks we had in training I was able to adopt the positive attitude and confidence that I needed to let out on my comfort zone and be the better version of myself. I learned as well that in every mistake, rejection and failure I get to experienced I need to look at the brighter side of it --- and that is learning. I love how honest my trainer with how she correct us because it feels like she really value us and just wanted us to learn. She is really though with us but it is with respect, love and care.

I have a lot of things to say but I wanted to end this one by saying Thank you and I appreciate my journey so far in Transcom! More power! I hope and will be praying to stay here for more years or forever!

I've known Jeric Viray as one of the toughest trainer yet very effective trainer here in Transcom. I was scared at first to join another team since i was re-waved from wave 21 to wave 22 due to sickness. My experience with wave21 was quite happy and memorable however when i joined wave 22 everything has changed. At first i thought they're not friendly or it's just that they don't like me. However, after 2weeks getting along with them i've met a lot of good people whom became my friendship. Everyday I am excited to go to work because of the people i met from wave 22. It's most exciting actually when i know further Jeric as a trainer. He's one of a kind. I do appreciate him how he handle his agents individuals or personal problem. He shows his love and concern to his agents and it gave me hope that i can overcome the scary thing I'm feeling knowing that I'm in the right hand. Transcom is one of the most BPO company that i can definitely say it has the most good environment. People in Transcom are very warm and friendly; even the Boss's of the Bosses are very down to earth. I do love being with this new family i have. Thank you so much Transcom for this great opportunity you've given to us. Together, let us raise as one.

The knowledge and skills I acquired over the Training can shape me into an incredible individual. Learning new things and having a commitment to continue to learn can take you places beyond your imagination. That is why I believe that we should never stop learning

Curiosity and Uncertainty (Stage 1): At the start of this journey, I felt curious but also a bit unsure. You’re probably asking yourself: How does this product work? How will I explain it to customers? This is natural. The beginning of any journey is about asking questions and absorbing new information.

Gaining Confidence (Stage 2): As I moved forward the things began to click as I practiced explaining product features and benefits in a way that makes sense to customers. I got familiar with common customer questions and concerns. This stage is about building confidence and I felt more comfortable handling calls as my knowledge deepens.

Realizing Your Potential (Stage 3): Now comes the exciting part. I started applying what I’ve learned in real-world scenarios. Role-playing, troubleshooting practice, and customer simulations is where I truly see my progress. From my perspective, this is where I realized that I got this! Not only I'ved known the product but understand how to guide a customer through a smooth and successful call.

Owning the Process (Stage 4): Finally, I reached a point where the product knowledge becomes second nature. I'm confident, resourceful, and ready to take on any challenge. In this stage, I own the customer experience. I know how to manage calls from start to finish, turn concerns into solutions, and make sure every customer leaves the call feeling satisfied.

From uncertainty to mastery, this is my journey as an agent. And today’s training is a key part of this growth.

I was really scared of this new environment, everything is new to me. With the things that we do everyday is a bit overwhelming but with the help of my wonderful colleagues, trainer Jhe, and PAL's, I was able to adjust slowly everyday. I believe that in my 23 years of existence, this was the very moment that I doubted my self so much. Trembling on my first pulse check, cried on my first in-flight call, but here I am now showing up everyday because I believe that growth will follow after the hardships, and this is the only hardship that pays me Hopefully, I would be able to achieve our goals during TBay.

I like my PST Journey, I have learn a lot even though we only have a little time. I was tested and challenge to my limit, it was hard but it doesn't mean that I have the disadvantage from my colleagues that has experience. I enjoy collaborating with my team and we help each other a lot, because we share the same goal. I love my PST colleagues and my trainer.

I look forward on to the most exciting career journey here in Transcom Davao to help me develop and grow. I really like the engagement and events that is happening and the management with all the teams. I really appreciate the treatment of the staffs. I feel safe on how secured the facility is and very accommodating guards.

During our training, I was also able to build meaningful friendships with my co-workers and it makes coming into work everyday a little better. I am looking forward to have my current trainer as our team leader as we leave PST and enter Nesting. I hope to make more sales and get more incentives as I continue to take in calls everyday! :D

It started when my first day here in transom, im shy and hesistant to make a convo to my seatmate, i never expect to have a great Teamates and Friends. All the laughter , the challenges we face day by day mades us strong and firm as a team.

It is a big change for me, as i enter a new environment and to face challenges.

Im very thankful for trainer Dhaniella, for being there always and for making our journey awesome, fun and productive. For being kind and always there even it gets rough. ❤️

I’m very grateful to everyone, especially to my trainer, Trainer Dhaniella, TL Janine, all the FS, and my teammates from Wave 34B. Thank you all for the support and encouragement! ❤️ ☺️ Go 34B! We can do this! 💪🥰☺️

On my first day, nerves ran high as I sat in front of the computer, but I was still enjoying the training and the working environment of Transcom. Moving forward at our first inflight, I was fumbled through calls; my voice was shaky as I tried to remember the scripts. The complaints and frustrations from customers felt overwhelming. But in the chaos, I discovered something unexpected a knack for problem solving. The calls weren't just noise; they were stories of people needing help. I started listening more, empathizing with their frustrations, and finding satisfaction in resolving their issues.

Days turned into weeks, and I became adept at handling sorts of inquiries. Whether it was billing issues or tech support, I started learning to navigate the challenges with patience and tact. I faced difficult customers who tested my limits, but each interaction became a lesson in communication and resilience. Soon enough, I was getting positive feedback, and for the first time, I felt pride in my first success.

The call center was not just about calls. It was also about the people around my co-workers who, like me, had their own stories and struggles. The break room was filled with laughter, shared frustrations, and camaraderie. I found friends who understood the grind, and together they built a support system that made even the toughest days bearable. The friendships formed became my source of strength.

I had learned that success isn’t just about finding the perfect job; it’s about growing where you are planted.

My story is proof that sometimes the most unexpected places can be the beginning of a journey that leads to personal and professional fulfillment.

my Transcom/PST journey has been a roller coaster, a 3-year redirection since I went home from abroad. Being part of Transcom family took me to a different level. I've met new friends, I've learned a lot do things which I thought I couldn't do, I believed more in myself, I am more confident, every day I'm thriving, I'm growing. For me it is not easy to be assigned and be part of a Telco account but we've got the BEST support our FS's Jomar Jezrel Allec Jestone and a special shout out to Miss Dana for being such a cool genuine understanding patient loving Trainer/Supervisor one could ever ask for. SHE IS NOT JUST OUR TRAINER, SHE IS OUR FRIEND rather our "nanay" though sometimes we trigger her to transform into a "danasur", thank you Miss Dana we love you dearly. Kidding aside our trainer and our fs's supported us taught and guide us every step of the way and made sure we know everything about Xfinity.

My PST Journey is the best and blessed struggle I experience for now haha being the one of an applicant to becoming a trainee is not what I expected I didn't see myself in this field because i always doubting myself if i can do this or not. 😅 Everything is new to me the place , the people everything im just came here with myself carrying the hope and chance that this is all for my family there's no space to be hesitant even though im afraid and alone. The journey is like a ferris wheel 🎡 i had fun even the experience gives me the ups and downs and guess what this help me to develop and give me motivation and better mindset. 🫶

For me this is the bridge why I meet incredible people and genuine friends that has different stories to tell. Then my friend nods in agreement but i interrupted her saying that we should just go home.but the man was so persistent.so we just decided to agree.Because there is harm on discovering you might not know that this oppurtunity might be for you so moving forward i got accepted and started training.i came into the room full of fine ladies and gentlemens.i got this chill because what got stuck in my mind was.

What if i cant meet the expectations?what if i cant complete the task?what if i dont know how to use that?what if ill get left behind?that thoughts clouded my mind for days.Up until our beautiful,lovely,and sometimes hotheaded trainer Miss Dana sparkled words of hope that rekindled the remaining spark within me.Her encouraging everyone of us in the room to nurture every seed of knowledge that she plants in all of us.Her not getting tired of repeating every lessons in order so that no one would get left behind.Sometimes she scolds us but i know its just tough love because no teacher would ever let her students go astray.

She's the one who taught us that patience is a talent and not a virtue.So as long as me and my team mates carry and utilize her teachings within us we know we could make it to every challenges.

And to our fs that doesn't get tired on guiding us and teachings us every step of the way we really appreciate that.

When I was a child, I was often asked what job I wanted to have when I grew up. I would always go for the fancy ones, like a teacher or a doctor, but since I wasn’t born with a silver spoon, I knew my dreams would have to wait. I had to ask myself, “If I have to make a living first, how do I do it?” At the time, all I knew was that I would gladly take any jobs that would allow me to live the life I know I deserve. That’s when  the BPO industry was introduced to me and I knew that was going to be my path. 

Starting my PST Training I know Im in good hands when I first saw our trainer. And she didn’t disappoint me. All the learnings and lessons she thought us are very informative and helpful. She always make sure that we understood the lesson. What we have achieved today is all because of her.

I can still remember my 4th pulse check. I lost my voice due to my health condition. But she believe that I still can do it, so did I. If it wasn’t for her. I think I would score 0 on that pulse check.

Now that our PST Training is ending, i just hope that we all of us succeed in our endeavors.

After months of searching for better job opportunities, I came across a Facebook post about Transcom. I was intrigued and inquired about the position. To my surprise, I received an interview invitation just an hour later.

I successfully completed the interview and assessment, and during training, I bonded with my team, who have become like a second family to me. I am grateful for my supportive trainer, Miss Dana, who helped me understand my responsibilities as an ACM Agent.

Along the way, I received another blessing: I became a qualified applicant for BYU Pathway Worldwide. This Hawaii-based university offers a 75% scholarship and allows for home-based learning.

Despite the challenges we face daily I know all of this happened for a reason for now I did not know why but I'm sure Heavenly Father preparing something big for me and also I’m inspired by a quote from Sir Kimbos: "Just always show up, and everything will be fine." This is correct because you will never know if you choose not to show up.

Right now I'm a student of BYU Pathway and at the same time a employee of Transcom who helped me to grow and improve myself. I'm looking forward to meet each and everyone of you who's reading my success story I posted here.

It all started when I opened my fb. It was never my intention to apply when I accidentally open Transcom page.  The next day I received chat messages and email so I decided to go to the site to complete my application and got the job. I am excited and at the same time worried because after six months of rest I am going to work in the industry again. I had great experience with Transcom way back but of course this is going to be new adventure and new Journey for me. During training I was able to meet new friends. I was able to work in call center industry for quite a long time already and was able to have different sets of teammates. During our first three weeks I feel like quitting because for the first time I was with the team with the most escalations. We encountered a lot of trouble. I really feel the demotivation during those times because there were a lot of dramas happening everyday and I am not fond of it. I was able to encounter problems as well with my log ins  that at first demotivated me a lot. The best part is I did not give up and continue going to work everyday until problems were resolved, conflicts were corrected and my log ins started working. Big thanks to our FSs, Our trainer and our Tl who really helped a lot. We are looking forward to a more productive team and a unified team. I am now  enjoying my days with my new teammates.

Transcom, my first BPO!

Almost of my friends are working in BPO and they're always busy and have no time to hang out since they're working in a graveyard shift. I am curious and wondering what it likes to be working in BPO. I used to try and do the things out of my curiosity. It's been my dream to work in BPO especially when I roamed around the Mega world, I told myself that I wanted to work here someday. It feels like I'm in Makati and reminds me of my sweet memories in my Aunt's neighborhood there. After two years of deciding to stay in my hometown and being unemployed I came to the point that I'm bored and I want to work again. I prayed and think where to apply until I saw an advertisement of some BPO companies on hiring. I decided to apply at Transcom and set an appointment. I am so excited and on that day I woke up early, travelled to Transcom, had my interview, assessment and finally I was hired. I am very happy and it's a dream come true! And of course my family was very happy too. Throughout my training I learned a lot and excited to learn new things everyday. I thought it's easy but it's hard for me since for two years I lost my confidence of just staying at home. I try to keep up and absorb everything I learned from the training. I am grateful for the patience, support and encouragement coming from my Trainer and colleagues. I am proud and happy to be in Transcom as my first BPO. Here in Transcom I feel home!

So, from the beginning I was afraid, having second thoughts and nervous during my interview I did not expect I'll passed because its a Transcom Company one of the largest BPO company here in Iloilo. I just did my best and I did not let go this big oppurtunity for me and right now I'm here sharing you my journey. Well my training session is very challenging for a newbie like me good thing is that i have a knowledgeable trainer, a motivator supervisor and helpful pals. I remember myself asking is this really for me? Having those second thoughts didn't let me lose my focus because when I enter this company I know I can because I will build a career here in Transcom. Day by day I gained knowledge, understandings and improvements. I can definitely say that the experience is awesome especially to have a free lunch for 10 days! Amazing Transcom thank you for that. A trainee for 2 months with pay is extra awesome, its a big help for me I remember I paid our internet bill in my second pay out, I feel proud. I will not forget this first job who accepts me. first I don't have a plan to work in Transcom and supposed to be it was my rest month preparing for my line of work and then my cousin told me that it was a good environment here in Transcom and then i meet the Co-PALS i enjoy my work here hangout with friends and also a great experience in Transcom also a privilege and so lucky to have a very patient Elegant Pretty Fragile Enthusiastic Natural Friendly Amazing Calm Demure beautiful brave simple Generous marvelous trainer even though we are a hard headed trainees . I enjoy my journey in training with my co league and trainer as well .

WELCOME TO TBAY!!

It starts when I travel from Manila to Capiz to stay there for good, then upon staying there, I saw an add on Facebook that Transcom Iloilo is on hiring that day, September 16, 2024 to be exact. So I travel from Capiz to Iloilo using my wings coz I'm an extraordinary alien. Charr!! 😂😂 of course using my motorcycle zzz. Looking forward after passing the interview, I finally become a Transcom employee and start to work on September 18, 2024.

The first day of work is good and as I can see the environment is great, the staffs are kind and also all the employee I see always smile.

Then on the 3rd day of work that's the time where it all starts when I meet my extraterrestrial teammates. That change my perspective on going to work.

As I can see they are good people, and also my alluring, appealing, charming, cute, dazzling, delicate, delightful, elegant, exquisite, fascinating, fine, good-looking, gorgeous, graceful, trainer.😍😍😍

As time goes by, I can see that the environment here is great and also I enjoy the fact that Transcom cares for their employees. and I also think Transcom will help me grow and prosper when it comes to work. Thank you Transcom, I'm looking forward for more and more blessings to come.. 😍

In a song of Taylor Swift quoted, "I've been spending the last eight months, thinking all love ever does was break, burn, and end, but on a Wednesday, in a cafe, I watched it begin again.."

This city has a part of me when it comes to love, as it is called "The City of Love". On the other hand, life is unfair. There's always a turnabout, and it's inevitable. This city snapped and shattered my excitement about it. I've been spending the last months like I was being scrutinized by what I feel. Every thought. Every memory. Every single day was a challenge.

As I could remember my mom telling me, "Go somewhere.. you cannot grow and heal in an environment that hurt you". Alas! Found myself somewhere. But something in me that was pulling me back in the city.

"To venture new beginnings", Transcom was my first choice, but fate was leading me that time. My schedule aren't aligning with Transcom. Maybe it's fate telling me that it's not my time. But what are the odds, on a Friday afternoon, an email popped up. A virtual interview. Went in, and few days later, an email with "CONGRATULATIONS" in it caught my eye. I was having second thoughts on going back to the city. But it's time for new doors to open, and I didn't want myself to be stuck with the situtation that I'm dealing. But little sir impulsive went back.

Deep breaths. Tight chest. Entered Transcom. Met new people, gained a new environment. Recalibrated mindset. Life is good. Training is fun, even though everything is new to me. Our trainor and supervisor molded us in preparation for production. Even though our path and journey as a team has sticks and stones. Our team managed to throw rocks that shine back at them. Now that we're closer to Bay, it's overwhelming. But with the assurance of our ever supportive TL and floor supports. WE GOT THIS.

— It's okay to go back to the city who hurt you. Life does not end there. I watched myself "Begin Again."

It started last September 17, when I am passing by Infront of the Transcom building, I was supposedly going to Carelon to apply for a job. Suddenly, there's a someone calling me behind my back and was asking if I am applying for a job, then I responded NO and continue walking. Then this guy insisting that he knows a company that offers a free lunch and just one day process if you get hired.  And he had me thinking like, Hmmmmm.... what if I try this one, then I responded, 'May I know what company is that? 'and was told that it is Transcom. Well, actually my second option is Transcom and since Carelon is a little bit far from the area, I tried to apply in Transcom. Moving forward, I was hired and met good people which is my teammates, trainers, etc. The experience was awesome and fun and to be honest, I heard a lot of bad comments about this company and all of it was not true. So far, this is the best company when It comes on training and since today we will be graduated, I hope that this experience will still be awesome and fun like those training days. I am very eager to learn more and Excel in this kind of work. Thanks Transcom <3

The first day of training was filled with introductions and icebreakers. I got to know my fellow trainees and learned about their backgrounds and experiences. It was comforting to know that I wasn't the only one feeling a little nervous about starting this new chapter in my career.

As the week progressed, we look into the reality of call center work. We learned about the different types of calls we would be handling, the tools and technologies we would be using, and the company's expectations for customer service. I was impressed by the depth of knowledge and expertise that our trainers had, and I felt grateful to be learning from such experienced professionals.

One of the most challenging aspects of the training was practicing taking calls. We were given scripts to follow and scenarios to act out, but it was still nerve-wracking to actually speak to a customer over the phone. I stumbled over my words and felt flustered at times, but I knew that this was all part of the learning process.

By the end of the week, I felt more confident in my abilities. I had learned so much in just a few days, and I was excited to put my new skills to the test. I knew that working in a call center would be fast-paced and demanding, but I also knew that I had the support of my trainer and colleagues to help me succeed.

Looking back on my first week in PST training, I realize how much I have already grown and developed as a professional. Also, I am very grateful for the new friends I have made; their presence made my PST journey more fun and bearable.

During this journey I learned a lot, met new friends, discover new things and feel comfortable with this new environment. Actually I thought that I wouldn't pass the interview since I don't have enough knowledge on how technical account works even though I have an experience in BPO field.

On my first day I have mixed emotions, I am overwhelmed and anxious since I don't have any friends yet. On our first week we discussed about the expectation of the company to us as a customer service, introduced to us the tools and technologies that we'll going to used. In addition, they gave us a heads-up of different kinds of customers that we will be handling.

A week passed by, we start doing practice calls. At first, I am having a hard time navigation tools and familiarizing products knowledge. But I know that it is part of the experienced and in order for me to improved the things I am lacking. But with the help of my trainer I was able to know the things that I need to focused on. I'm very grateful to have a guidance from an expert.

It goes on day by day

Taking a plunge in this new experience is somehow new to me. I never thought that I will be here with no experience at all but Transcom did not fail me. Started my training as a newborn comes to life, observing, hearing and fitting myself in this concealed new environment as I perceived. But days go by, with the best effort on how to nurture a child in this new world, they provided me knowledge that i needed to strive in this competitive journey. My observations has opened my mind that this new world I entered is somehow not the concealed new environment as what i was perceived. The journey was very challenging, I encountered many obstacles that hinders me but this never stops me to reach the goal that I wanted to reach. And by this, I really thank the people around that helps me on my journey by nurturing me, imparting their knowledge and giving me best advices that truly helps me a lot as to what I am now in my journey. I may need more experiences in this journey, but i know life is a lesson and day by day I am learning to hone me to a better me. I will be forever holding this great experience I had in my training days and being thankful that I started in this prestigious company; Transcom.

I could still remember the words "Let your will be done for me Lord. If It's for me, give it to me." as I put my trust to God and just did my best to the interview. "As a tourism graduate, i have a heart for service and i want to help every customer I may encounter". these are some of the words i can still remember as I went on the interview with sweaty palms, unsure feelings, and hungry stomach chariz. I was ready to go home after the interview since I only have 2 set of clothes on me but I was trembling when I learned I actually got in and for medical on the next day (24th of Sept.) and to start training on the next next day (25th of Sept.). I was actually crying when I was reunited with Jude (from wave 36) and my other best friend since aside from me pursuing my dream to work in a BPO Company, I will also be with them here in Iloilo. As it sinks in, I was very much overwhelmed since I don't know what I will be doing but I want to do it, so I did and I'm here on my few remaining days as a trainee.

As a trainee I never felt like any day is boring since actually, everyday is a new learning. From the moment we got to know each other in the Bingo activity, to first visiting the production, to learning new tools each day (information overload ba), to doing the pulse check for the first time, to getting the "imagine the savings" phrase as a mark, to gaining product learning, to meeting other trainers/higher ups, to playing riddles/scrambled words, to enjoying each music that Miss Ry would play every Marites Time(sound trip moments), to being competitive because of interactive activities that is very informative, to getting nervous every voluntone (duck race supremacy of Miss Ry), to navigating the tools, to taking real calls ("whatever" supremacy of my 1st call T_T), to feeling relief because I was able to help the customer(the feeling of being appreciated by the customer and the essence of using my HEART for service), to eating lunch together in Jollibee/Pantry, to kadlawan moments every discussions. I have learned so much, our batch went through a lot in a span of 29 days each of us knows that, but the learning doesn't stop her, it's just starting. And I am getting excited to enter the new chapter of us as a batch as we continue our journey here in Transcom.

Imagine, I was not able to got in on my 1st application, but God redirected me through a medical emergency pulling me back here in Transcom. So I want to take this opportunity to thank Kim, Miss Sham, our PALS, TL Rog for all the teachings and for being our support system although our training journey. To Trainer Miss Rycian for being the best trainer we could ever have. You're very much appreciated Miss, thank you for everything, for the teachings, learnings, understanding, advices, time and effort that you have exerted we love you miss <3. To my batchmates, thank you for the memories, for the shared stories, and for a healthy environment, may we grow together and learn from each other more, here's to closing xm with all of you soon! To my ROR Girls, to more bardagulan and kamangoan to go. I hope our plans to eat samgyup, ramyeon, go to dubai, madja-as park, and many more will be achieved and to not remain just a plan. And lastly to God thank you for redirecting me and for being with me every single day. Batch 36, abante and let's get that xm!

Being a former employee of Transcom it was such a great opportunity for me to be a re-hire on a company where can i call my home. After how many years I've decided to go back on the company who gave me a lot of firsts. My first walk in application, first face to face and one on one interview with the HR TEAM while my stomach is rumbling because of nervous lol , first job with complete benefits, first company who accepted and hired me , first company who made me believed that i'm capable of doing things by my own and confidently. As i walk by trying to reminisce everything way back 5 years ago i feel like my heart was still into it, so i really pushed myself to be part of the company again and here i am facing any challenges day by day since it's a new account . Though it's kind of challenging for me yet it made me feel like my head is always full of new learnings. Imagine, in a short period of time i have met and found new friends. The camaraderie that we build was strong as this building where were stepping our foot right now. My P.S.T Journey was amazing as my imagination , it was filled with colors , what i mean is each and everyday there are new topics and things that needs to be discussed , new learnings that needs to be unlocked and new opportunities that might help me to be a good and effective agent as well as to boost my knowledge like one of those people on top. Though right now its kind of a bit confusing coz there's a lot of lessons that needs to be tackled but still it was such a roller coaster ride full of mix emotions. And to highlight, i am such a happy person because i met a very hardworking , supportive and helpful Trainer, TL and supports. This journey will lead me to production floor, will expand my horizon and made me a better person .

I came here in Iloilo that was on 09/21/24 its Saturday and I thought Transcom is close that's why I decided to visit on Monday 09/23/24 and that is my third day here in Iloilo. Since it just only one day process and I passed my interview here in Transcom, even though I have my final interview in Concentrix after lunch I just decided to disregard that one and decided to process my medical and attend my training in transom because my motto in life is "first come first serve" who accept me first and appreciate my courage I will be loyal in that company.

First day of training I really like how our trainer discuss the topic here in Transcom because the topic is specific and direct on what the agent really need to learn and what the situation that we will encounter inside of the production.

I really like helping my colleague if they have difficulties in our tools or if they have question and they're shy to ask our trainer. I like being here in Transcom and I really like to see my self grow and step up my career here.

MY FIRST EVER PST JOURNEY.

First week of October, I got hired for my first BPO company which is the Transcom! When I first received the invitation from email to go onsite for the 1 day process recruitment, I was hesitant. My insecurities shoot up, my imperfections had me questioning myself, and I felt uneasy thinking that if I pursue. However, I thought to myself, opportunities like this don't come twice. So basically, it's now or never. Despite having no experience, I accepted the invitation with the hope that this new adventure will give me new opportunities to grow. The journey was not easy tho. Most of the time, I would juggle work and practice just to make both ends meet. Work in 8hrs, Mom for another 8hrs, business woman in an hour, taking inventory, preparing all my tasks everyday . Even though it's exhausting, I continued because other people saw potential in me, so who am I to refuse? I would say, my verdict to say Yes I did it, I will work here is a matter of choice and commitment. I was not forced into doing it, it was me who took on the challenge. My decision of joining is more of a consequence of my pursuit for new knowledge and experience. I had it in mind, that no matter what it takes, I will do my best to make myself proud. When the finals night came the in-flight, the ultimate aim I had was just to deliver the call, no expectations but we were meant for something greater and so we were able to covet the 3 xm lines! and for the next day I able to get promoter.

To Hans, thank you is an understatement for all the hard work and sacrifices you have done to pull off what we have envisioned and make it possible. You never failed to show us (the team) your dedication and passion as a responsible trainer. The curse is real, you can never say no to someone who would offer you assistance more than what you could have ever imagined! Your trust in me is what fueled me to push myself to my limits. The all-out support, understanding, and good times in between are all beneficial that made our journey not really a smooth sailing one, but at least bearable and fun. Best Trainer! I'm out of words. Thank you so much.

To our Pals, especially Mommy Tricia, for the magical words which made me look pretty all throughout the day, massive thank you. You were one of the few people who believed in me when I thought I couldn't. Thank you for allowing me to see the potential in me, for the genuine suggestions, advices and lessons as someone who is in the field. Happy to be sharing with you our first ever 3xm lines, 1stday! 1st call! Thank you for joining us.

To my Mitch and Bern, my handler and adviser, Thank youuuu for the patience, dedication, and mettle in teaching me the routines (that I mostly forget lol) it has been so nice learning from you. I admire how persistent you are when it comes to bettering my com skill. Apart from that, I am also grateful for your assistance during every Sbd. Now, all our hard work eventually paid off! I feel nothing but a sense of pride that I able to pass the challenge huhuhu I know wala pa ta sa tunga hahahahha

Having a trainor as well who possesses a lot of amazing behavior is really a kudos, which I can say that will definitely hone you as a great agent, I can say that he is very effective when it comes to personal growth that is really applicable as a whole person, either in work or personal stuff. The thing that really Hans registered in my mind is having a growth mindset where it helps me accept things and just simply convert it to positivity leading me to have potential growth to myself.

I just want to thank each of the people who help us become who we are today, my co-learners, Pals, SBD facilitator, speakers, TL, and most especially Hans. Without you all guys is just me being in the dessert when I put myself in a live call. And I really do appreciate the patience that you'd given on us despite of different behavior that we possessed.

I will be forever grateful to the knowledge that you guys embark to me. And I know that we will not be together in just one team as days goes by, but in my heart you're already vandalized as my gateway to become a biller expert someday! Wave 37 Ariba!

Perspective when it comes to commitment of life and work.

I once was an introvert where I enjoy my company alone. And don't usually interact with different people.

At first I got overwhelmed by just introducing new things with the new environment.

Being new in this industry with no BPO experience is challenging since all of these things are new.

The first week to the 2nd, I was able to meet everyone, get to know their personalities and adapt to the environment.

3-4 weeks, Adjustments.

I learn a lot in this journey within a month

I want to humbly express my deepest gratitude to transcom for the experiences.

I know that I've managed to grow a lot more than what I was before with the help of my team. And also to My trainer Hans, the FS's Dan, Josh, Tricia, Ian and Tine, and my TL Cloyde and the tenures. They provide the best guidance throughout my entire journey as a trainee. And I really do appreciate their effort and support to furnish us. They also enhance our skills and nurture our capabilities, to becoming more efficient in handling calls professionally. I will be incredibly grateful for them for believing me even from the start.

To the whole team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful moments, the laughter, and the tears that we have shared throughout our training days. It has been an incredible journey, filled with challenges and triumphs, and I am truly grateful to have had each and every one of you by my side.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the individuals responsible for imparting this valuable knowledge to us, particularly our esteemed trainer, Hansu. Your dedication, expertise, and passion for teaching have truly made a significant impact on our learning experience.

After completing the training, we are now prepared to embark on the next chapter of our journey - applying the knowledge and skills we have acquired. This transition signifies a new phase in our development and a chance to demonstrate our understanding and competence in a real-world setting.

First day of training as I entred the building where I build my career and though me my capabilities and consider as my second home for almost a year.

I really loved to help my teamates when it comes to product and services, navigating tools and some ideas during discussion. And one of the house rules during training is to PARTICIPATE and I know I did everyday. I can still remember hansu's words during discussion " everyone can answer except Bern I know you already know this". And as training goes by new challenge, not because of the tools and new learning but because of each us my pamatasan nga hadlok ma labawan. When I do participate during discussion after that you can hear " Ti ikaw na kabalo eh" " Ikaw nlang da tanan" "Padayaw kay kabalo" my pa rolled eyes pana. Starting that day I encourage myself to stop participating, stop answering if there's some questions that I already know the answer and no one from the team raising there hands to answer. I started to question myself, lots of what if's. But thanks to mitch and jennay. I started to have some hisitations because of what Ive heared everyday. Even a simple slipper I got from reception its already a big deal to them, the fact that all of us can do ask for that slipper anytime they can grab there own.

As I finish my SBD 1 and Hansu words irretate them to the highest level but I don't care. Then I tried to open it up to Hansu and I really appreciated your advices.

Thank you so much Hansu for all the learnings I know sometimes I did mistakes thank you for correcting it real time. For the support and guide all throughout the PST. Thank you for being responsible and understanding trainer. I really admire your didication.

To our pals thank you for the additional learning, for the trust and patience during inflight. Especially Josh I admit Im nervous during first inflight for the reason that I didn't do live calls for almost 4 months. But then again thank you so much for trusting.

To my Mitch and Jenny, a lot of thanks for being there always motivating me to pursue. Thank you for all the advices and listening to my rants and drama sa kabuhi. Thank you for the trust asking help during SBD and inflight. So impressed for the progress and contribution you've made on this team. So proud of you guys.

What really stuck to my mind was this question,

"WHAT/WHO MOTIVATES YOU?" 

Most people would answer "my family or someone special to me" I never thought that "MY TEAMMATES" would be one of the very reason to motivate me daily to show up and do our best together to reach our goals and even inspire me to have a growth mindset. Most would just be focused on themselves. But our team? From our trainer himself, Hansu, who inspires each and everone of us that we all indeed have more room to grow. As well as Gem, Sundrew, Joliza and our PALS, Trisha, Joshua, Mommy Tin, Dan, Ian, Joemar! It is amazing how this motivational people who's positivity could convince our team who are from different walks of life with a fixed mindset become this SOLID TEAM who are now very motivated and ensuring that each of us in this team would be showing up daily, inspiring one another, and having this growth mindset❤️ From all the work experience(government, private) I had before, this is where I felt I was accepted, that I was important too.

My first week in training is very challenging for me since I don't know what to do, and since this is my first BPO company, I got culture shocked at first, but with the help of my trainer, we/I got better each and every single day. 

I'm also grateful to have a team that helps me every single day, especially for my friends. Even though our team formed with a lot of different personalities, we really managed to engage in any kind of bardagulan.

Transcom is my first BPO company, I applied last September 30,2024 got hired the same day because it's one day process right? hehe Then I begun my journey October 2,2024. As a first timer, and a blank slate as well , I find it very challenging on my part, I was shocked with all the tools, what to do with all the products, deep knowledge with the campaign. My first Ring! Ring! you can relate to me if your hands are shaking and your lips was trembling too. Relate? Very normal for a Birgin like me!As the day goes by, information overload while gaining also friends that serve as my inspiration for showing up. Even it's quite difficult on my part to learn this campaign I do believe that showing up everyday will be my weapon to be a top agent someday! Hold on please bear with me!

It hasn’t been easy. There were times when I felt lost and unsure of myself, but I’m so grateful for the support of my teammates and trainers. They helped me catch up, learn the ropes, and push me to be better. I remember feeling frustrated and thinking I would never get it, but through their encouragement, I slowly started to find my purpose. I want to give special thanks to Hansu. He was there every time I needed an answer to the question in my mind, even when I couldn’t stay awake. There were many times I struggled to participate because I was too tired or overwhelmed, but Hansu made me realize the importance of being active, involved, and present in every moment. I remember so many times when Hansu would ask me questions, and I couldn’t answer. But instead of getting discouraged, he helped me see that it's okay to not have all the answers right away. With time, I would get there. And that's when I realized something important: no matter how challenging things seemed in the beginning, everything was going to be fine. Progress takes time, and I needed to trust the process.

It wasn’t just about the job—it was about the mindset, the drive to learn, and the willingness to improve every single day.

Every day at the PST journey. has been a new learning process, and I've realized that growth is not linear.

Through all of this, the bond with my teammates has been something special. We’ve created a team dynamic that’s built on support, laughter, and friendship. We’ve had so many moments of fun, even on tough days. It’s this bond that kept me going, knowing that I wasn’t alone. I want to thank all of my trainers, my teammates, and everyone who’s been part of this journey with me. You know who you are. Your encouragement, patience, and belief in me have been invaluable.

Before I end this message, I want to leave a thought that I hold close to my heart: never stop dreaming, and never stop achieving. I know there have been moments when I felt like giving up or when I doubted myself, but every time I wanted to stop, I would close my eyes and remind myself of why I’m here. I am here to learn, to grow, and to make an impact. The person I am today does not define who I will be in the future. I may be weak now, but in time, I will be stronger. I may be slow now, but in time, I will be one of the fastest agents to get an XM. I may have struggled with navigating the tools right now, but soon I will be the one teaching others how to use them.

We may not always know exactly what our journey holds, but we know our purpose. Our purpose is to learn, to grow, and to inspire others. Our purpose is to never give up, no matter the obstacles in our way. So to everyone reading this, especially to my fellow teammates, I want to remind you: never stop believing in yourself. Never stop striving to be better. Never surrender.

You may not be Albert Einstein, and I may not be him either, but that’s okay. We are not here to be anyone else. We are here to be the best version of ourselves. And who knows? It hasn’t been easy. There were times when I felt lost and unsure of myself, but I’m so grateful for the support of my teammates and trainers. They helped me catch up, learn the ropes, and push me to be better. I remember feeling frustrated and thinking I would never get it, but through their encouragement, I slowly started to find my purpose. I want to give special thanks to Hansu. He was there every time I needed an answer to the question in my mind, even when I couldn’t stay awake. There were many times I struggled to participate because I was too tired or overwhelmed, but Hansu made me realize the importance of being active, involved, and present in every moment. I remember so many times when Hansu would ask me questions, and I couldn’t answer. But instead of getting discouraged, he helped me see that it's okay to not have all the answers right away. With time, I would get there. And that's when I realized something important: no matter how challenging things seemed in the beginning, everything was going to be fine. Progress takes time, and I needed to trust the process.

It wasn’t just about the job—it was about the mindset, the drive to learn, and the willingness to improve every single day.

Every day at the PST journey. has been a new learning process, and I've realized that growth is not linear.

Through all of this, the bond with my teammates has been something special. We’ve created a team dynamic that’s built on support, laughter, and friendship. We’ve had so many moments of fun, even on tough days. It’s this bond that kept me going, knowing that I wasn’t alone. I want to thank all of my trainers, my teammates, and everyone who’s been part of this journey with me. You know who you are. Your encouragement, patience, and belief in me have been invaluable.

Before I end this message, I want to leave a thought that I hold close to my heart: never stop dreaming, and never stop achieving. I know there have been moments when I felt like giving up or when I doubted myself, but every time I wanted to stop, I would close my eyes and remind myself of why I’m here. I am here to learn, to grow, and to make an impact. The person I am today does not define who I will be in the future. I may be weak now, but in time, I will be stronger. I may be slow now, but in time, I will be one of the fastest agents to get an XM. I may have struggled with navigating the tools right now, but soon I will be the one teaching others how to use them.

We may not always know exactly what our journey holds, but we know our purpose. Our purpose is to learn, to grow, and to inspire others. Our purpose is to never give up, no matter the obstacles in our way. So to everyone reading this, especially to my fellow teammates, I want to remind you: never stop believing in yourself. Never stop striving to be better. Never surrender.

You may not be Albert Einstein, and I may not be him either, but that’s okay. We are not here to be anyone else. We are here to be the best version of ourselves. And who knows? I decided to apply at Transcom, my final interview across the street is still on. I could deal with that later on. They can just re- schedule me anyway.

Just like All of us We all want to explore all our options anyway. Got inside the recruitment hub passed my initial and final interview at once and assessment.

I Was told my training starts a day after on October 2 2024. This is my connection with Transcom started or my story.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.

Transcom Surely got my back in our Training, they leave no stone unturn in order to be Efficient and moving forward.

I still remember the day when our trainer shared this qoute. Now that our PST journey will be over, I will always keep this qoute safe here in my heart not only it gave me courage to do good things that i wasn't capable of back then but also it gave me a choice, a choice to do something compentent in the long run. Staying motivated can be tough, especially when you feel overwhelmed. Life will always throw challenges, setbacks, and unexpected twists your way.

It’s easy to feel frustrated when things don't go as planned, but one thing I learned in my PST is that I have control over the things on how I would respond to those situations. Choosing resilience is one of the things i have learned in my PST journey, I might not be able to change the difficulty of a situation, or I might not be as good as the others but I can decide whether to let it defeat me or use it as a stepping stone. Like what trainer Hans always tells me "It's not the end of the Day, there's always a room for improvement".

The most powerful way to move forward is by focusing on what you can do to improve the situation, even if it's just adjusting your mindset. Sometimes the best thing you can do is accept what you can’t change and focus on what you can. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to direct my energy towards what truly matters.

Way back 2023 it's my very dream to be part of transcom family. My life before I entered transcom is like a room without doors and windows. Everything I see is darkness. I don't have opportunity to know those people around me in short I am deprived for social and mental growth. I am a black sheep of my family. I ran away from my family because my father is always hurting me to the point that I decide to ran away. I study all by myself and entered seminary in Cebu City at the age 13 years old. I don't have communication to them for almost 6 years. I finished my study there and graduated. I grow all by myself from my experience. At the age of 17 my Baby angel was born and from there I realize that I was blessed though by the creator. She is my inspiration for everything I did. To cut the story short my dream to be part of transcom family starts with Sky my little angel. I'm doing this not for me but for the future of my one and only child.

Being part of transcom is a blessing for me. Everything goes right and all was restored , because of transcom next year I will get married already. I learned a lot of things here in our trainings and I realize a lot . For all my past works only here in transcom that I cried not because of frustration but because of happiness. With all the difficulties I experience during trainings my only inspiration to continue is my mother, my siblings my fiance and my child. They supported me and trusted me that I can do it.

Now that my PST JOURNEY is almost done I am very thankful and blessed to have those person behind my PST JOURNEY I can't mention all of you but you know who you are. Thank you so much for helping me grow on myself and on my skills you really molded me. You appreciate my worth and show love for everything I did. To the transcom family thank you so much for accepting me here to be part of the family. Right now right here and at this moment I can proudly and loudly say I LOVE TRANSCOM 😘😘😘

On the other day (October 10) my PST journey started,😍taking a plunge into this new experience has been a significant and transformative step for me. I never envisioned myself navigating this path without any prior experience, yet Transcom has exceeded my expectations and provided me with invaluable support. When I first started my training, I felt much like a newborn, awakening to a world filled with unfamiliar sights and sounds. I was carefully observing my surroundings, absorbing the information around me, and gradually fitting myself into this environment.

As the days passed, I realized that the nurturing support I received was similar to a caregiver, guiding an infant through their early steps in life. Our trainer (Jem) and experienced colleagues mentored me with patience and care, offering insights that equipped me with the essential knowledge and skills needed to thrive in this new journey. Their commitment to my growth made an indelible impact on me, as I began to understand that this world I had entered was not as concealed as I had initially perceived. Rather, it was vibrant and full of opportunities for learning and development.

The journey has indeed posed its challenges; I encountered numerous obstacles that tested my resilience and determination. There were moments of doubt and frustration, yet I refused to let these hurdles derail my pursuit of success. Each setback was a lesson in disguise, reinforcing my resolve to reach the goals I had set for myself. I owe a great deal of my progress to the remarkable individuals around me. They not only aided me in overcoming these challenges but also shared their wealth of knowledge and invaluable advice, which has significantly shaped my journey.

As I continue on this path, I acknowledge that I still have much to learn and many experiences to gain. Life, in its essence, is a series of lessons, and with each passing day, I find myself honing my skills and striving to become a better version of myself. The experiences I have gained during my training are treasures I will hold dear for years to come. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to begin my career with a prestigious company like Transcom, which has provided me with both a solid foundation and the inspiration to pursue my aspirations with confidence.
