It was simple but provided a large message that you are enough. Seeing the differences of all the girls in the illustrations shows the uniqueness of everyone. </p><p><strong>Circular Connections</strong></p><p>I think this a book I want to read my class to start off the day and or school year. This book reminds children that they are enough are are worth it. This book will make the classroom a safe environment and can help show kids they belong. </p>]]></description>

From a young age we are taught sharing is caring which is a great saying to live by. If we can all be friendly to each other then the world would be a better place.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Curricular  Connections</strong></p><p>This book is great for younger audiences. I think it would be a good way to hsow students that sharing is caring. It's an important lesson to learn young. </p>]]></description>

They find out what's making the air warmer and colder.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Personal Response:</strong></p><p>I think this book is very fun for kids. The imagery makes the reader want to see more. I also think the story lines are super fun and makes me want to learn more. </p><p><strong>Curricular Connections:</strong> </p><p>I think this book would be a great way to incorporate science into kids learning. Almost every book in the series has something science or world related which is neat. </p>]]></description>

El Deafo is about a young girl who loses her hearing, but along the way finds kindness. The illustrations really made the book come to life, like we were along for the ride with her.
