         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Power in sports and physical activity is the maximum amount of power/explosive force a person can do in a given set of time. This power can be seen in sprinting, jumping, throwing, etc.<br><br>2. (I used a ruler) My furthest jump in inches when I performed the broad jump was 89 inches or 7 feet and 5 inches.<br><br>3. The 4 exercises you recommended for improving power was Squat Jumps as it is one of the top ranked exercises when developing explosive power in the middle and lower body, box jumps which also benefit the lower body in ways such as speed, kettlebell swings which helps increase power in the hips, and medicine balls like slamming them which improves power in the upper body as well as muscle mass.</div>]]></description>
