Observe the patient closely for signs of bleeding and bowel perforation, such as severe abdominal pain, fever, and chills must be reported immediately.<br>3. Auscultate for bowel sound <br>4. Monitor for the risk for fall.<br>5. Inform the patient to press the call bell if needed.<br>6. Encourage fluid intakes to replace fluid lost during the preparation of the procedure.<br>7. Reassess the patient vital signs and conditions<br>8. Encourage the patients to ask for the doubts<br>9.Inform the doctor if any abnormal conditions occur.</div>]]></description>
