Canula 18/20G
Assess patency of canula
Infuse normal saline 0.9
Make sure transfusion tubing is with filter
BTS abtain blood
Independent counter-checking
Blood condition(color,expiry date,blood group, patient identification)
Vital checking(15min first hourly, 30min second hourly, 1hourly afterwards and 1hour after transfusion)
