Você diz o seguinte: "O  presente  trabalho  tem  por  objetivo  inve
stigar se  a  ginástica  laboral  se  faz  
eficiente como recurso para combater problemas da  mente". Será que não ficaria melhor dizer algo do tipo "investigar se a ginástica laboral tem contribuído no sentido de promover a saúde mental dos trabalhadores do ..... ".    Penso que falar em promocao da saúde é melhor do que "combater problemas da mente".      Ainda outra pergunta, será que não seria ainda melhor investigar  os benefícios da GL em geral ?    Será que a pesquisa não ficaria ainda mais interessante no sentido de reafirmar a necessidade da GL no contexto que você vai investigar ?

(etc.)
