         <description><![CDATA[<p>Start sleeping 8 hours a day everyday. This in order to have a balanced sleep schedule that fits my timetable correctly and still lets me have a healthy sleep schedule. For this I will be making use of my smart watch sleep feature to ensure this is done correctly as well as gathering more data on my sleep. This is so by the time this course ends I have an 8 hour sleep schedule that fits with my activities.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will do exercise everyday by running. For this I am going to be using the exercise app on my phone to keep track of that. My final objective is to be able to run a 10 kilometer distance with a pace of 5:40 minutes per kilometer. I wish to accomplish this before the beginning of my birthday which falls on august 31st. I also wish to take my dog to walks everyday in order to exercise it as well as creating a routine in which even if I'm not actively doing exercise I will still do some kind of physical activity. Finally I'm also going to try and improve my physical condition via muscle strengthening exercises and logging them with how much weight and how many repetitions I'm doing</p>]]></description>
