Here are a few words I chose. For starters sandwich I chose this word because in the story the characters made sandwiches at a food place during school lunch time. I also chose the word folded because the kids boos at the sandwich place had a bunch of two dolor bills fold into triangles.  Another word I chose was show because the main characters mom was preparing for a show on TV to win $20000. 

    But not that’s not all I picked many more here’s two. Confusing, I chose this word because you never really knew what was going to happen next. Married is another word I chose I chose this word because toward the end of the story Robert, Miranda’s mom’s boyfriend asked the mom to marry him. These words are just a few of many, many words I chose. I chose 30 words in total these are just the ones I thought were extra important.

There were a lot of parts when you were confused but in a way that made you want to keep reading. This book is one of my favorite books I’ve ever read! So many things happened and you always wanted to know how they turned out at the end. I would read this 100 times more if I could! As I said if you can go to the public library and get this book I would totally get it.

   The book I read over the summer “When You Reach Me” was a great choice on my part. If I could go back and pick a different book to read I would not. If I had to rate the book on a scale from 1-10 I would easily say 10! Next year for all the new sixth graders I hope they pick this book and have a great time reading it just like did. This book had so many good and bad things happen which caused a conflict but always found an unexpected way to solve it.
