         <description><![CDATA[<div>We use Microsoft Teams to collaborate for our L2LP programme. each student has an online profile including their individual subjects and a master planner to allow teachers autonomy in choosing what LO can be achieved in their subject. Their mainstream teachers have access to this and it is coordinated by their Lead AEN teacher. There is also a collaborative space to save evidence for their e portfolios. Its a handy way to communicate and saves on paperwork.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Have given a lot of thought to the use of online resources for level 2 students in my class. Example of this is the use of audible app or Sora app to listen to excerpts from audio books. Very helpful and allows learns to engage and focus on texts which might otherwise have been inaccessible. Differentiation is very important and clear instruction of what is required is equally as important. Short review videos from YouTube can help learn to get the gist of a text and help them identify themes. Have used SNIP literacy course to help learner with spelling and writing and it can be a good tool for H/W.</title>
