         <description><![CDATA[<div>Spiking a drink can be a relatively easy task for a criminal to do if a person is not paying close attention to their drink. A criminal may spike a person's drink in order to take advantage of them in some way. These steps will help to reduce the risk.<br>- Buy your own drinks and watch the bartender make them<br>- Cover your drink when standing around<br>- Ask a trusted friend to watch your drink if you need to go somewhere: never leave your drink unattended<br>- Do not accept drinks from strangers<br>- Watch for colour changes in your drink<br>- Only drink from your glass, not others<br>- Drink in moderation: know your limits<br>The website below explains what drink spiking is, suggests further actions to take to avoid your drink being spiked, and the signs to look for.</div>]]></description>

On a night out, it is essential that friends look out for one another.<br>- Always stay with a friend</div><div>- Travel in groups</div><div>- Tell someone where you are going: the bathroom, the bar, and so forth.<br>- Plan with your friends where you are going throughout the night: are you staying at the one place or moving around?<br>- Arrange a place to meet up in case you or your friends get separated<br>The video below demonstrates how a person can intervene and help prevent a crime such, as sexual assault, on a night out.</div>]]></description>

These tips will ensure you and your friends all make it home safely.<br>-  Plan how you will get home in advance: is a friend or family member going to pick you up? Are you and a friend getting an Uber or a taxi home?<br>- Make sure you have enough money to get home if you need to<br>- Try to car pool with a friend if you live in the same area<br>- Do not accept lifts from strangers<br>- Sit in the back of an Uber or taxi, not in the passenger seat<br>- Take down the Uber or taxi driver's registration information and their name<br>- Text a friend when you have made it home safely</div>]]></description>
