         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is a huge can of worms to be investigated regarding how neutrals respond to ionospheric asymmetries. They will be affected by differences in FAC's, precipitation, etc, but are also independently asymmetric due to Coriolis forces, pressure gradients, solar solar irradiance, etc. Those effects will be difficult to untangle from those due to magnetospheric driving.</div>]]></description>
