         <description><![CDATA[<p>The difference between the Democratic and Authoritarian governments are that in Democratic governments people hold power as well as the head of state, president, etc. Another difference between Democratic and Authoritarian governments is that in a Democratic government the government is held accountable by the people whereas in a Authoritarian government the government is not held accountable by the people. </p>]]></description>
