While there is a significant body of research on various forms of teacher professional development, there is a lack of comprehensive studies that examine the long-term impact and sustainability of these programs. Further research is needed to investigate the effectiveness of different professional development models, their transferability to different educational contexts, and the factors that contribute to sustained implementation and integration of new knowledge and skills into classroom practice.

A random sampling technique was utilized to select participants for this research. The target population comprised undergraduate students enrolled in psychology courses across multiple universities in the country. From the population, a sample of 200 students was drawn using a random number generator. To ensure representativeness, the sample was proportionally stratified based on the number of students enrolled in each university. The final sample included students from eight universities, with an equal distribution of male and female participants.
