         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Before I start any work out I always ask my trainer to show me what warm up he expects me to do. Then I reciprocate what it is that he has me to do. 2.)Also normally he post different clips of him cooking healthy foods on Instagram, and i try to follow all his steps at home and re- creative the meals and I send him whatever problems I run into along the way.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)Most of the time when I do not make it to see my trainer, I got to different bike classes at the gym. Because it nice to interact with others that have the same goal in mind as you.2.) I also go to kick boxing classes with siblings, and my brother always seems to turn in to the trainer and he tries instruct us while we are in the class. then it kind of becomes a competition, but its still off us working together.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.)Once we have start the fat burning process, my trainer then goes to his list of work outs from his app and finds way to put his own twist on them. Like when we are doing squats her has me to get dung bells and squat up against the wall that's the way start our leg workout.2.) He also does this when we are doing cardio he brings out his own creative ways for me to do walk on the treadmill but to the side.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.)Because my trainer knows the goals that I am trying to accomplish so he give me weekly work out to do at home until I can get back to my next gym session.2) He also sends me different  apps to be able to track my food consumption to help me meet those goals</div>]]></description>
