In "Nature" by Ralph Waldo Emerson, he explains his attitude towards nature. He believes that nature peaceful and the solution to all problems he has. "There I feel that nothing can befall me in life...which nature cannot repair," that's what Ralph thinks but Chris from "Into the Wild" had a different situation. It makes feel calm and the sceneries are beautiful but there's a downside to it. I hate being dirty and bug bites. In nature, those things are hard to avoid.
