Safe Learning Environment Practitioners will meet with learners in their workplaces to undertake coaching conversations. These interactions are aimed to employ principles of psychological safety and restorative supervision to foster positive department learning experiences and cultures.</sub></p><p><sub>&nbsp;</sub></p><p><strong><sub>What is beyond the scope of a SLEP?</sub></strong></p><p><sub>It is not expected that SLEP’s take on the role of a counsellor for learners. SLEP’s should always remain with the scope of practice outlined. The model supports clinical partners to evidence practice against the Council of Deans AHP Educator Career Framework as part of an ongoing national commitment to raise the profile, promote the importance and realise the potential of Allied Health Professions Educators.</p><p><br/></p><p>The format will be as follows:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Part 1: E-learning for Healthcare - Practice Educator and Assessor Preparation (PEAP) programme - this course has been designed by a multi-professional </p><p>academic team in collaboration with a wide range of clinicians and is aimed at a multi-professional audience.
