A general name for all groups loosely affiliated with Zero. The largest part of this group is Zero's "horde" of those infected with Cotard's, but this also includes two GAA clubs, a small pack of those with lycantrophy, an autonomous co-op of about 280 uninfected, and a few others.
Note: Some roleplays with Zero occur BEFORE Zero realizes she can influence infected, therefore, those RPs would happen before this faction exits.

New San Francisco
This is where most of the tech companies based in the city relocated. Heavily guarded by walls and private security in spite of being miles away from where the San Fransisco Commune is located, this is considered the "last frontier," and going any further North into the city is risky.

The Militia
Mostly made up of former members of the US armed forces and Three Percenters (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3_Percenters). Heavily armed, they have several settlements throughout the city.

Chinatown
An autonomous region without any hard borders. They have made a peace treaty with the San Francisco
Commune. About 30% of the residents are infected with at least one of the three plagues, making this a rare society, one in which infected and uninfected are not only allies but live among each other with few issues.

They can walk, run, speak, play chess, and feel guilty about the fact their cravings.

Cotard's Delusion: Affects the fear response, causing infected to either freeze up or have complete clarity of mind when scared. Infected develop the ability to detect and produce pheromones, which cause them to group together (form hordes) and get along well with each other. Patient Zero's pheromones are unique, causing infected to see her as a leader and to automatically wander towards her. They crave organs, and eating them raw (especially human organs) can heal their own organ damage.

Porphyria: Affects the sadness response, making them either completely unmotivated or extremely productive when upset. They crave blood, and drinking it causes a high and can fix their own blood loss, even if the blood is of an incompatible type.

Lycantrophy: Affects the anger response. Like Cotard's, there are pheromones involved and they tend to form packs, but Patient Zero has no control over them unless they also have Cotard's. They crave meat and bones, and eating meat or bone marrow gives them strength and allows them to build muscle mass quickly.
