Some data have shown that people communicate with clients also through messages: WhatsApp is now essential in daily life for group communications (gym, friends, work ..), but its immediacy is conquering a catchment area more professional.
Than the old SMS, WhatsApp is a lot faster, you can receive a notification at any time and allows the free image and video sharing. Eventually it must remember the instant messaging: in fact there are many applications that mobile (like Skype) to communicate with clients.
Another application of instant messaging is Messenger, now integrated with Facebook. To store files and access them from different devices, there is plenty of choice, but I would say that Google Drive, One Drive and DropBox are the most prevalent.
