Digital signage board could replace the traditional signage board where guest can have some interaction with the digital signage board to enhance the experience .One very good example will be the digital signage board at bus stops. Disney Pirates of the Caribbean's have taken it to the street to advertise for the movie in 2017 through the INTERACTIVE PLAY PANELS BECKON COMMUTERS TO FIND SPARROW's・FOR DISNEY's PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: SALAZAR's REVENGE. This would help widen event exposure and the enhance the customer experience. Events such as Marathons can help widen event exposure through digital signage board.

Angelica, Qiu Yu, Xin Hui, Zi Hui
1) Given the advent of modern technology, its presence is avidly becoming more and more important, especially in this era. Thus, many companies struggle with keeping up to date, and going digital. TIBCO NOW is an event that tackles with how companies can keep up to date in this digital age, and this is what they charge their sponsors for the year 2017:

Platinum: USD$30,000 (early bird) USD$35,000 (standard)

Gold: USD$20,000 (early bird) USD$25,000 (standard)

Silver: USD$15,000 (early bird) USD$20,000 (standard)

For a more comprehensive explanation of the sponsorship menu follow this link: https://now.tibco.com/sites/tibconow/files/sponsorship-guide-03.pdf

To know more about TIBCO NOW go to these links:

https://now.tibco.com/singapore

http://sbr.com.sg/information-technology/exclusive/digital-transformation-takes-center-stage-tibco-now-2016

2) The sponsorship menu is as follows (reference to the link above from page 5-6):

-As seen, the platinum is the most expensive while offering the most benefit to its sponsors.

-In this case, we can see that the turnkey demo areas caters more to the platinum sponsors as they are given (2) as compared to the gold and silver sponsorship.

-Furthermore, we can see that only the platinum and gold are given speaking opportunities to probably talk about their brand during the event itself.

-Further down, we see that the platinum sponsors enjoy 5 free passes and the others have lesser exposure to the event with only 3 and 2 passes for gold and silver parties respectively.

-Platinum sponsor’s employees also enjoy the sponsorship perks where they have unlimited pass to the whole event, this allows for more networking opportunities about their brand as well as a wider spread of network throughout the event.

-Lastly, there is a clear emphasis on the platinum sponsor as the higher-ranked sponsors for they are entitled to a 200 word featuring the logo and description on the company’s website, as compared to the others. This offers more brand exposure than the other two.

How does an event measure and evaluate it's success?
It can measure and evaluate it's success by measuring the attendee satisfaction by gathering feedback through surveys or speaking with them and monitoring social media chatter surrounding the event.
Another method is by measuring the monetary outcome of the event such as charities which success can be measured by how much money has been raised for the cause.
A third method would be by measuring the registration numbers.
Finally, it can also be measured by the media and press hits. If publicity is the goal of the event, you can measure your success by measuring the reach across social media platforms GOOD DETAILS
Research on an event on the success rate and how do you determine that.
"Fold a crane for charity" by SongHe Rice in 2005. For every paper crane folded by the public, SongHe will donate a bowl of rice (100g) to charity.
This three day event organised by Shin Min Daily at Suntec City was a huge success as 1,274,808 cranes were collected which exceeded the original target by six times and SongHe donated 127,480 kg of rice to charity. CREATIVE EXAMPLE!

We suggest that they equip the place with larger and brighter illuminated signages for visitors to see better at night. The signages should be placed high up above the crowd so as to better direct the guests to their desired location. To add on, a specific area with aesthetic illuminated signages should be catered for guest to take photo, as guests find it hard to do so due to the overwhelming crowd numbers.

- Hospitality event
Event: 2016 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix

According to the reviews and feedbacks from the guests, there are only a few direction sign board to guide the guests to the gate. Hence, we suggest that the event can install projected arrow sign on the floor in order to guide guests along the way. For example, the projected arrow signs in IKEA.
To enhance the experience of this event, the event can have an area to display wax figures of the contestant so that the guests can take pictures with their favourite contestant.
