-Sunday method/ Quick start/ First day of menstruation method
-can regulate menstrual cycle
-missed pill : <12 hours, take missed pill ASAP even if it means taking 2 pills in a day, continue as usual
: > 12 hours or > 1 missed pill, take last missed pill ASAP even if it means taking 2 pills in a day, discard earlier missed pill, continue as usual, next 7 days use condom for sexual intercourse, if pack finish before 7 days has passed, skip 7days placebo and continue new pack.
