Your Investment

Our general fee is 2% (GST inclusive) of the purchase price, plus a $6,734 advertising fee inclusive of GST. The marketing fee is a contribution to the above; any expense in excess of the $6,734 paid will be at the expense of Ausrealty. The marketing fee is to be paid upon invoice or you may wish to choose the pay later option, whereby you will enter into a contract with a third party company (Campaign Agent) for the payment of your marketing. Payment will be deducted upon settlement of the property. This option incurs a 6.9% fee, made up of a 5.9% service fee, plus a 1% interest charge.

• Current economic factors and every suburb record we have set has been run using this process.

Buyers will be doing all they can to justify paying a lower price for any property before they have inspected the residence. Whether it is looking at other sales, market conditions, or media coverage. It is critical that the logical assessment on price is more or less reflective with buyers' initial interest levels. Buyers generally then move from logical to emotional, this is why the emotional price can differ from the logical assessment.
