         <description><![CDATA[<div>Honestly speaking I do nor think this diet is very healthy no matter how much the internet says it is. True their are positive aspects of this diet but going by a logical perspective yo'd need to look at the more aspects are in which category which is the negative side. Yes this diet helps reduce diabetes but is it really worth it if you're losing calcium as well as vitamin D? which are to of the major nutrients in the body. Plus the body is consuming way more saturated fats and proteins then its supposed to intake and thats not good at all. All in All don't follow this diet please.</div>]]></description>
