Hard to imagine where to begin when you teach 5 different subjects! Do you focus on creating online enriched lessons for one subject per year!?

I think that this can be challenging for older students because they have gotten used to playing the "game of school," which is putting forth as little effort as possible for the highest possible grade.

I believe it is critical to speak with students about changed or tweaks in instruction as well as the "why" of why we are doing what we do as teachers and learners. I believe in pitching change to students and sharing that we teachers know they have the smarts to meet our expectations.
