time management - some athletes need more time than others, but everyone deserves focus. requires an adequate coach to athlete ratio, although that may mean that we are asking more of our coaches and asking them to give up more time. 

This will also be a judgement call of each coach based on their comfort level, ability, skill set and coach education. 

How do we give coaches AND athletes confidence to go to a session?

can't learn in the classroom - need practical experience and exposure

coaches own fear. They don't want to get it wrong, they want to operate within their remit and don't want to put anyone in danger.
