  • I help families to reach their breastfeeding goals, I help them to resolve breastfeeding problems and I give them support for all their breastfeeding journey.

  • CLSC Meilleur and Lamater and the breastfeeding clinic in the CISSS de Lanaudière.

  • I use English on the phone to ask questions to the breastfeeding mom who wants a consultation with me, especially to understand their needs. I also use English when they come in to an appointment to explain the procedures and give them advices and tips.

  • Situation 1: I received a request from a mom's doctor because she has pain when she breastfeed. I have to clarify with her the situation in details.

    Situation 2: Parents come in to do a frenotomy (cut the tongue tie)to their baby. I have to explain the risks, the procedure, the aftercare and give them support before and after the procedure.
