We can improved PBIS by creating a club for the people who really want to have a good behavior and respect the teacher, so they can have a good environment  in the school. 
2. The teacher can teach better by when they talk they can speak in a good voice not yelling at the student talk to them as regular human-beings

4.PBIS emphasizes the establishment of organizational supports or systems that give school personnel capacity to use effective interventions accurately and successfully at the school, district, and state levels. 
5. Effective classroom management and preventive school discipline are essential for supporting teaching and learning.
6. The research behind its to make student have a positive behavior and have a good environment so they can learn and for the teacher to be able to give them education.
