https://padlet.com/rnewlon/tu7gk0kle4lt Made with no regrets, whatsoever en-us 2017-01-30 16:08:44 UTC 2025-10-02 18:36:47 UTC hello@padlet.com https://padlet-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/icons/Lightdecrease.png rnewlon https://padlet.com/rnewlon/tu7gk0kle4lt/wish/150283062 This lesson plan unit is for my third grade students.  The content focus for this unit will be life science .  For the first performance task students will be in small groups.  Students must brainstorm ideas for creating a travel brochure of an animals life cycle.  Students will pick an animal of their choosing and create a detailed "trip" through an animals life cycle.  Performance task 2 will require students to present their brochure to their classmates to convince them to go on their trip.  The third performance task will require students to  work independently to create a poster of an animal of their choosing.  This poster will demonstrate their understandings of how an animal survives in its natural habitat.  All three performance tasks will aid in answering the three essential questions.
