By: Zhi Ping, Chester, Chloe, Grace, Ying

- Really bad conditions for students to study in, especially with the run down equipment and facilities.

- Glad to know that the Government is putting in efforts, together with the UNESCO, to aid in the country education amidst COVID-19.

- The learning conditions in Laos is poor and the opportunities for the students to learn in a conducive environment is limited. Especially now with the COVID-19 pandemic, learning has been tougher for students, especially for those with limited access to technology as most of them are staying in rural villages. Even if the school provides these students with the necessary equipment to facilitate a better learning experience, some might not be well versed with how and what has to be done. This coincides with our virtual lessons that we’ll be having with them and I think it is important for us to understand some pain points or limitations to help provide the easiest and most direct lesson as possible.

From the videos: Bad conditions, and we guessed that probably the videos could not capture the full extent of the harsh conditions students face.

More definitely needs to be done to support the teaching force, such that they can focus on their role in the education system.
