The teacher is able to provide the child's needs even though the child was being cranky, couldn't bring the message over to the teacher.

3a. Instead of repriming the child, the teacher uses some hand signs as a reminder to the child instead of saying out in front of the child's peers.

DIFFICULTIES
1b. Not able to delicate them such one to one attention as what the child expects.

2b. During the teacher-children interactions, the teacher is always full of energy and maintaining eye contact with all children.
1c. Teacher always makes an effort to ensure each child partipates in each activity. She is able to draw out children who are either introverts or not confident of answering the questions and/or activity. She is able to provide a safe & encouraging environment
for them to learn and play.
2a.

1) Engagement with the children. Great teachers can get the children to sit for a longer period of time because the children are engaged in the activities that they are doing.

Good classroom management with short & simple class rules. There should be activities/materials ready for the children to self play while the teacher can engage with the other students.

When teachers uses positive phrases & positive reinforcements.
For example, while getting the children to sit down, she will start singing "Everybody cross your legs, cross your legs, cross your legs.... just like.... April" She will then get everyone to say "Good Job, April!"

Good story telling & singing sessions.

Teachers should have a sweet and pleasant look while talking to the students. The way they speak plays a big part as well. Talking slowly and calmly would make the children understand better rather than scolding and shouting at the children when they do not understand.

2) Teacher child ratio (especially when it is a new class or a younger age group) Sometimes there are too many students for a teacher to handle.

When there is a new student who has just joined the class. He/she needs to adapt to the new environment. Thus he/she tends to be more clingy and emotional. As a teacher, we will have a hard time to handle the class as well as the new child.
