Nowadays, electronic facilities are important, so if I have 1 billion to be spent, I will provide electronic facilities first, such as free Wi-Fi and electronic plugs in public gathering places, hopefully, with the availability facilities, people easier to acces technology, so the people can up to date with technology.
If they are up to date, so they can apply technology to their activities, such as e-promoting, e-selling, and e-learning, uploading their content to the Internet, and many more. The youth community or any comunity can also expand their connection to other places, and they can know the wider world.

WhatsApp is the commonly used message app now, so WA is the most effective app for sending message, including share file, link, location, contact number, etc, WA also easy to be used, and we can make group chat in WA.

I think Whatsapp is an effective and efficient application to use. In general, all groups of people use this application. In whatsapp we can share any file, location, link and many others. When I was in elementary school, this teacher was known to be strict in educating. And he is very firm about matters relating to duties and others. All students are taught discipline. Starting from the discipline in coming to school, discipline doing the assignments, as well as in worshiping. And the students are also taught to organize their belongings to school to be well organized. Discipline in doing schoolwork is being taught to use an agenda to record what tasks must be done so that no assignments are left behind. So it really makes me disciplined about my responsibilities in doing school work.
