I for Intention: I want to grow the capability of creative thinking because: Thinking efficiently and having a higher concentration will be beneficial. To support growth in this element, i plan to develop the skill of the rainbow flick used by players to humiliate the defenders. This is a very creative skill which I lack the most throughout my life.

M for Milestone: by the beginning of term 4, I aim to have perfected the skill, focus more on extra details whilst also doing lots of homework.

P for Practice: I will practice every lunchtime to improve my skill and to have my Accountability buddy critique my skills whilst practicing.

A for Anticipate Obstacles: I anticipate obstacles such as the lack of practice time as well as limited feed back I may receive

C for Check-In-Plan: I plant to at least bring the ball to my face and off the ground by week 8.

T for Transfer: At the end, I plan to video record it and present my progress oraly.

Start progress. After observing a while on my accountability buddy, the first step in the rainbow flick was getting the ball off the ground. This step was crusial to start the rainbow flick.

Whilst recording and practicing my skill, the problem of controlling the ball into the air. The direction of the ball traveling is also very important as flicking the ball uncontrollably is unbeneficial.

During the weekend on Sunday, I met up with my accountability buddy, Yuuki and he showed me the key steps of my improvement. The second thing he mentioned was the angle of the flick in which he mentioned off camera that you should lean towards the direction you would like to flick the ball to.
