Aim to frighten him, but not trigger an anxiety attack. He may not even read the pamphlet, so put up videos, 15-30s duration, with the same information delivered quickly. This may be more suited to a teenager's learning style. Encourage quitting and provide support

Additional Information:
Include mother in information delivery. Perhaps give the pamphlet to the mother, hopefully they will absorb more information. Most likely, Beau will not listen to his mother if she constantly badgering him to quit. Overexposure should be avoided, as it would probably desensitise Beau to key information.

In the past, the HC system has been overloaded due to lack of funding and excess of patients. However, it is available to the public, and is very affordable at $150USD per capita for public care and $250 per capita for private care (Australia is over $1000). There is consideration of environment, with education, food labelling etc. The largest concern with the current system is resource shortage, which has been an issue in the past, with approx 14 physicians to 10,000 people. In 2015, Rio de Janeiro hospital was forced to board the doors due to severe lack of funding and resources, even basic resources such as saline and sutures. The government responded to this event with an emergency funding of $39m USD and an immediate injection of $11m USD Healthcare is also available to everyone, regardless of income or socioeconomic position. There is also a focus on primary healthcare with the aim to prevent future conditions in the population.
