         <description><![CDATA[<div>5. Thou shalt not use a computer to bear false witness.</div><div><br></div><div>Students have been using an App called Yik Yak. They use it to spread false information and rumors about fellow students at the same school while being anonymous. It allows students to cyber bully while hiding behind a screen and not having there name appear. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>People use the lack of their identity as a way to speak ill and untruth things towards fellow classmates and teacher at their institution. This app even had people calling in fake bomb threats to their schools or other schools. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would simply ban the apps on the schools WIFI and on all school computers. This will hopefully start a roll of the permanent ban of the app Yik Yak. </div>]]></description>
