The principled negotiation style aims to reach a win-win solution. This means the negotiators should consider each other’s interests  in order to reach an agreement that both parties are satisfied with.

Moreover, this bargaining position of a negotiator in a principle negotiation style is irrelevant because neither party negotiates from a “position of power.”

One of the biggest advantages of this negotiating style is that the negotiator can reach a favorable outcome while maintaining a good relationship. The tendency of principled negotiators is to identify a common interest, find a creative solution, and discuss a fair criterion.

The line chart represents the movement of Vietnamese gasoline prices in 2017. The chart can be divided into 3 parts accociated with 3 periods of time: from January 2017 to the end of June 2017, from July 2017 to the end of November 2017 and Decmber of 2017. In the first month of the year, gasoline prices increased continuously and then it fit abd hit bottom of 0.72 USD/ Liter at the end of June 2017.

On the second period, these was a steady increase in the Vietnam movement gasoline price during July 2017 to the end of November 2017 and reached a peak of 0.82 USD/ Liter at the end of November 2017 However, gasoline prices tend to decrease in the last month of 2017, the movement of Vietnamese gasoline prices fluctuate between 0.82 and 0.8 USD/unit.

To sum up, the movement of Vietnamese gasoline prices had a sharp decrease in the first 6 months of the year but the growth of 6 months after is too good.

Currently, I am a 4rd-year student majoring in Auditing at the Hanoi University of Industry. During my four years, I have gained strong fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Auditing, such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, and Audit & Assurance, with a GPA of 3.77/4. In addition, I have also enhanced my knowledge by joining classes: F7, F8 ACCA, and accounting and tax-related workshops. I also obtained the ACCA Certificate in Financial Accounting. In the short term, I expect to work as an Audit Associate at KPMG and accumulate more valuable experience and skills for my job. However, because I had had no experience in selling products so when she asked me to deal with a customer’s complaints, I did not have a good answer. if I were in the same situation again, I would deal with a customer’s complaints based on my life experience by finding out the cause and trying  to make an offer to resolve the customer’s concern.
