Accounting for me is actually a process and system to record all the transactions occured in a business systematically. It does include bookeeping and analysing which we learned in Form 4 and Form 5, which includes recording, analysing, finding documents and excetera. What I know about accounting is, all accountants have to make sure that they perform a balancing in financial statements to make sure that the business present a valid, reliable and accurate data for all the investors out there to make a decision whether they should invest on certain company or not. I would try to perform all my financial statement balanced at debit and credit side with my best although it"s tough to scroll through all the documents which record all the transactions of a business.

As for me this is my first time learning account. I’ve learned quite a few things from the video and the group discussion. first, the main purpose about accounting is to keep financial organised especially if we open up any business. And there are points under accounting which are book keeping and analysis. Book keeping is for recording any data regarding the business such as payable, receivable and etc. Oh and from the group discussion some of us said that if we are using our own money to buy anything for the business (item) like computer we have to record it under ‘penyata am’. I think it is quite similar to economic entity assumptions? maybe.
