         <description><![CDATA[<div>After looking at the scientific evidence, do you now think differently about sitting?&nbsp;<br><br>I thought before that sitting was a good way to do things. but after reading the text I think that in places for short periods of time is okay. But if you know you will be sitting for a long period of time it would be a lot healthier to stand.&nbsp;<br><br>Do you trust the evidence? Why or why not? If you trust the evidence, then how can you avoid sitting so much and get more movement in your daily life?</div><div><br>I trust the evidence because there were so many experiments that back the evidence up like in 2015  the experiment DR Liana Machado tested the thinking power of sitting and standing, it proves that standing is healthier than sitting.</div>]]></description>
