Tip: check with the hotel in advance if any 2-bedroom apartments have a connecting room configuration and advise the participants when checking in so they know to open the door in the living area to make it a full 2-bedroom apartment.

    To complete this:

    • Log in to the laptop.

    • Restart it.

    • Log back in while connected to the UQ network via LAN cable.

    Drives should then map automatically. Please check access to your folders and confirm everything is working. After this, the laptop will be ready for offsite use.
