Good Morning Donna,

We would like to invite you to the Cambridge Bay Daycare today at 6:00 PM to discuss some concerns we have regarding Jane.

Each day, we go outside to the playground. The children are asked to put on their warm clothing, and we assist them with zippers, hats, mitts, and neck warmers as needed. Our concern with Jane is that she is having difficulty following instructions during this time. She often runs around the daycare when asked to get ready, and despite multiple reminders and our attempts to assist her, she does not respond right away.

As a result, the other children and staff are sometimes left waiting in their winter gear for up to 15 minutes.

We would like to meet with you to discuss how we can work together to support Jane in listening and joining the group outside in a timely manner so everyone can enjoy fresh air together.
