Today is the first day doing SIEP 3 in Zadam Maju Entreprise. The first activity is introduce myself to the owners and employees in the shop. The employee gave me guidance about the price of each goods in shop. This shop sell all goods daily needs (groceries). For example fish, chicken, vegetable, frozen and so. At the same time I also practice to sell a goods myself as a cashier with help of my colleague.

For the first week, I start from 9am until 6pm.
Today, I work as a cashier by selling all the customers' needs and wants. Retail business activities are the selling of goods and services for use by themselves or their family. As a cashier I can also understand the distribution channels of goods and services. In the distribution of basic goods and services, retail business activities connect between retailers and consumers.

Today,  i learn about shop management when no customer come to shop. The owner shares his knowledge in retail business. He said shop management was very important. There are two main elements of the design and store layout. Shop design should emphasize the atmosphere, the image, the interior and exterior decoration that can provide customers with a positive attitude. The storefront layout involves the arrangement of goods in the store. It is able for  customers to find goods and indirectly workers to check stocks. Today, when customer are not coming, I just list down a goods or stocks which is not available at all.I do this because i want  help other workers.  This because very good team work. From that I so can learn more about business.

For the second week, i work night shift 1pm until 10 pm.Today i learn how to be a good comunication and deal with person who want negotating their goods. For example how to deal with the person who want to sell their items to us even we say no. This make me very surprise with their behaviour.

Today I learn about the importance of cashiers acting for customer-friendly.
