I've only had my car for a couple months now, but before I got it, I felt really trapped in my apartment. They would symbolize the freedom I feel now that I can go wherever I want whenever I want.
2) Bird with broken wing/tail. Last year I gave my friend a little blue bird token that symbolizes happiness, but we've never had a very good relationship. The broken part would symbolize one of the many fights we're going through now and how I've put so much effort into a relationship that has never worked.
3) Music note with heart. I thought this fit with the sad theme of the bird with a broken tail, symbolizing a broken relationship.

Our relationship has had a lot of ups and downs, and I wanted to show that through the bird's cut off tail. I wanted to use a casting material that was more fragile and not as durable. I thought using wax would add more meaning to the bird because if the bird was placed in the sun or under too much heat, it would melt, ruining its form.
