You will need to take a photograph of the notes, then you will have to email the photographs to yourself. Then you can drag them to your desktop or whatever file of your choosing. Finally, you can add them to your work by opening up the files which have the photographs stored.

Digital Materials.

The most easy way to do this is to just simply screenshot your work. 
On mac's you press: command, shift, 4. Then on a windows pc, you can easily do this through the snipping tool. After this, move the screenshot onto your preferred profile on mac. (Snipping tool allows you the option to save where you want.) Then to finally access it to place it on your document, open your file and select the document.
