You could have a computer in your hands and be running and could drop the computer or you could accidently hit someone. Its important to follow this rule because 
it could cause serious problems.  If you damage the computer you should have to pay for the cost of the reaper or cost of getting it fixed. If you harm someone by cyberbullying then you should not be a allowed to have a computer or use it as a social platform.
