This website talks about how AI is just not going away and instead of worrying about all the wrong things with AI, we as educators should embrace it and teach our students how to efficiently use it. I learned that AI is actually good for writer's block, or just asking questions that will put you on the right track. This shows that it will be great to teach my students the benefits from AI.

This shows that there are a number of benefits to using artificial intelligence in schools and those benefits include your students growing as learners which I believe is extremely important. However, this site taught me different ways to use AI in the classroom that I hadn't thought about such as using it in a way that supports individuals with disablities.

This site talks about how boring regular old presentations can be and how not only students but even for adults it is easy to lose interest and focus if they aren't interactive. However, I learned that interactive presentations are the way to go to ensure your students are learning actively. Such as adding videos, games, questions, polls, etc. All will keep your students entertained. I think I will use this knowledge heavily in my classroom because I know how boring regular presentations are and I do not think I would like to incorporate those at all.

This YouTube video actively shows ways you can create an interactive PowerPoint by using an app called class point. Earlier I learned that it is extremely important to use different ways to ensure your audience stays engaged such as asking questions, well this app uses AI to generate questions to ask based on what your presentation is about. I think this will be a great app to incorporate into my classroom, so I am able to make sure my students are staying task but also understand the material given.

This site talks about the benefits of using AR in classrooms and how it benefits not only students but also teachers. AR is an interactive and interesting way for students to learn, it is also a way that if a student isn't grasping a concept AR is a great way to give students a great way for the students to get a different outlook and idea of how to grasp that concept. Such as a math problem and being able to see a different visual with keeping the students engaged. I will use AR in my classroom to ensure my students are engaged and are able to learn especially for the visual learners.

This site takes the approach of understanding that every student learns differently and why AR is a helpful tool for that reason. This site also talks about how students' attention span is very short but when you assign interactive assignments, they are more willing to be interested to a point that they would be more than willing to do their work leading to majority of the students understanding the topic. This site also talked about using VR as a way to give virtual field trips which is something I really think I will use in my future classroom because it is super inclusive where students do not need to worry about costs, or the surroundings of place but still get to learn just in the classroom.

This site introduces Wordle as a game in which you have 6 attempts to guess a 5-letter word correctly. Starting out you may just get letters correct that lead you to the ultimate answer. This site suggested making your own Wordle board with the same rules but being able to make it personal. This got me thinking, while there is a new word everyday it may not align with what your curriculum is or even your grade level but if you are able to personalize it then it definitely can. I will use Wordle in my classroom because I am an English major so I do think my students will benefit from the game especially if it is personalized.

This video truly highlights how beneficial Wordle is for the students, without realizing it the kids truly have so much fun trying to figure out what the word may be for that day. Before watching this video, I did not know it could be put into so many creative steps such as putting the students into groups and having them work together before coming together as a class which really involves critical thinking. So, I do believe I will add this into my future classroom and possibly with the different steps it can take in order to get to the word of the day.

This site advocates QR Codes as a way to make the learning experience fun and interactive but also not much for the teacher to do to assign it. QR Codes are codes that you can scan on a smart phone that will direct you instantly to that website it is linked to. Students often think QR Codes are fun and something different for them to do. A way I would use QR Codes in my classroom is, checking answers to worksheets, scavenger hunts, help for homework, etc.

This YouTube video talks about how easy it is to create QR codes that correspond to your curriculum, she also talks about how easy it is to convince your students to complete their work when assignments are linked to a QR Codes. Karen said that when she would assign an assignment if she mentioned a QR Code the attitude in the room would completely change. I think this is excellent advice that I can take to my future classroom, and I will be spicing up my assignments in the future with QR Codes, so my students are able to have fun while learning.
