         <description><![CDATA[<p><em>Louis XVI</em> called a big <em>meeting</em> with the<em> Estates-General</em> because neither party could agree on how to solve the problem of France's <strong>Financial trouble</strong>. <em>Louis XVI</em> hoped they'd all agree on how to tax people so he could solve the <strong>financial problems</strong> in France during the time but it didn't go as planned and was the start of the French Revolution.</p>]]></description>
