One of the most thrilling experiences I love so much and still be proud of it is the first exam taken before joining the English literature department. I love English and everything associated with it ; grammar, morphology and literature. It was my ambition to study it . I achieved my goal pretty well. 
In 2001, when I majored in English literature. I made the  personal interview successfully, after that, I did the admission exam. To a young ambitious girl recently graduated from secondary school, it seemed a very tough one. Despite the difficulty, I managed to pass the exam successfully. It was a kind of TOEFL exam. We were the first student to take such kind of exam. While doing an exam, I was worried about time which was  not enough. I hand in my paper feeling a bit disappointed. After a week the results would be given.They were hung on the public board before the students and any passerby would read them.
I passed it successfully, I was the first. It was a joyful day when I received my result; It promoted me to be always excellent. It gave me strong self-confidence that nothing would be difficult when you had persistence and firm determination. I could cope with many troubles I later faced. I graduated with excellent credit. 
Simple dreams and even impossible one ,as we conceive, will come true with motivation and persistence.
