         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lately during the last week, I did actually experience more stress. A big part of my family is from Ashkelon, and even on the day the war started, we were there visiting then. The situation is very stressful, but it I've found many ways to relive it, such as hanging out with friends, going to the gym, or volunteering for the soldiers. Also disconnecting from the news is helpful, because constant connection is bound to cause more stress. but at the bottom line, what I think is the most important thing to mental health is keeping a positive mindset, although it's very difficult during this hard time, I think that this what makes the difference.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
